Terrible service, rude employees simple business deposits take 15 to 30mins this suntrust location is the worst in Richmond. The employees are so disrespectful avoid if possible wish I could.

This bank is horrible. No ATM at this branch, and no ability to accept deposits when someone overdrawes their account accidentally. Other banks such as BOA are light years ahead of these guys technically speaking. But they will still charge you that overdraft fee even though you can't deposit the money in any of their ATMs. As a small biz owner, highly disappointed.

So far my experience with them is little, but I have talked with them a couple of times, and they have been very helpful and kind. I hope that this will be my bank for good.

There are not many reviews that I give where I can truly say I had a 5 star experience! Lori is an exception to the norm! She has a hands on approach that not only supports the buying process but she is capable of establishing rapport that will get you on track to purchasing. Although, I purchased my home in 2014 there is not a month that goes by that I don't stop and recommend people to contact Lori considering she is an ALL star! Thank you Lori!
