Mortgage

Great customer service

Service is efficient. Courteous. We have found that this branch meets the same quality of service that our family have experienced at different branches where ever we have been from Vancouver to Toronto.

They need more wickets open ... 10 people in line 2 wickets open. This happends often.

I am a Realtor with Remax and have been working with Chita Metcalfe, for many years and have done over 50 deals together. Chita's experience and expertise is like no other. If your looking to have great service, and want someone that cares and gets the job done, you MUST give Chita a call.

If your looking for a 5 star mortgage broker - look no further! I have worked with Nikole both professionally and she is my personal mortgage broker as well. Using her to renew our mortgage made it a completely stress free experience and ensured we got the lowest rate possible and that it was held for us until our renewal date. I have absolute confidence when I refer my clients to her. She is amazing to work with! Nikole is kind, understanding, and always has her clients best interests at heart. She quickly responds to all texts, calls, and e-mails and she is very accommodating with her schedule to be the most convenient for you. Nikole takes the time to ensure you understand your options and know exactly what is going on and why. If you want someone who knows the industry well, has experience with all financial situations and all lenders, and who will always give you 110% even if it is just a quick call with a question - CALL NIKOLE!!

Terrible company. We were told we were getting one thing and we ended up with something completely different. . The person we were dealing with, also requested $1000 in advance to get us a lower rate. We ended with a higher rate than promised and a higher payment per month. They failed to give me a response as to why that happened and just beat around the bush and have stopped communicating with me.

Very professional! I only can recommend this company!
