Phenomenal service! As a first time home buyer, Cynthia & Ed were both very professional; supportive and patient with our many mortgage questions; highly responsive and easy to get in touch with! This dynamic duo were great resources (see below), and incredibly friendly and warm people. =) I'm so happy with my new home and I have Cynthia & Ed to thank for it. Helped with referrals for services (i.e. home inspections, lawyers, etc.). Assisted with informed decision making (i.e. research into community amenities, accessibility to transit, etc.) and provided tons of information (i.e. CMHC online tools, government tax credit available, etc.). I hired Tammy pope to get me a mortgage from this company. .. closing date on the house was feb 10th 2016. She had a month to get all the paper work to the bank and make the deal happen. After being pre approved, that should have been the easy part. We are almost 3 weeks past the closing date and I still don't have the house in my name. The home owner has been moved out for 3 weeks and is waiting for his money. I don't have works to express how angry I am about this situation. Please safe yourself and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

We highly recommend Best Rate Mortgage. We had a very difficult mortgage application and Best Rate worked extremely hard to find us the best solution at an amazing interest rate. The team was professional to deal with and stayed incredibly optimistic throughout the entire process. We're grateful for all of their efforts and would definitely use them again in the future.

Months before we had to renew our mortgage, Ron already gave us a heads up. We had a co-signer when we bought our home. Ron facilitated everything so we could drop our co-signer, and he got us even better rates for the next five years. Hassle free!!!!
