Worst experience ever, never again will deal with this location. The person that was helping , if you can said helping Jessica Vega took 28 days to tell me something she can figured out in 24 hours like she promised . No email etiquette at all to be honest this is the worst financial costumer services I had experienced in my entire life. I was expecting more from Bank of America. And to top it off her supervisor is just as bad Daniel Fruge Took 4 days to return my initial call.
