Mortgage

Everyone becareful for this company!!!! Gerry is not confident and is a dangerous broker. He makes false contracts that allow you to place offers to houses to than come and tell you ratios dont work. (3 month preperation on Gerrys part) ended up getting the house in 48 hours work with another broker since Gerry left us empty handed 3 hours before presenting the check to the sellers realtor. Everyone please be careful.

I went to intelliMortgage because Rob McLister's articles in The Globe and Mail were always informative and useful. However, what i think separates them from others is their customer service. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I won't give details, but they definitely made sure my needs and interests came first. Getting a mortgage can be a daunting task, but they held my hand along the way. Whenever I had questions, they generally answered my emails the same day even though they were two time zones ahead. They never made me feel like I was a needy client even if I felt I was at times.

Working with Dustin Spate has been great. He is always available to answer questions when they come up. He has helped us understand every step of the process as well. Highly recommend Dustin to work with.

Diane is awesome! Always available to work around our schedule and got us the most competitive rate out there. We love her professional approach and her ability to make everything easily understandable. We will be referring all of our friends to her!
