I was " pre approved" at a bank, but then I went and bought a house and then all of of a sudden my banker was unreachable. After waiting several days for a call back or anything I gave the Brownes a Call ( which they picked up immidietly )and got me approved in 2 days to waive subjects! Dont waste your time with banks- Come to By Referral Mortgages!
