Mortgage

Going above and beyond should be his name because he always does what it takes to get you approved. Jason has a wide variety of products at his disposal and looks for the best fit for his clients.I would never hesitate to refer him at all.

What a great experience. Kim and Katie are the best, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. I had quotes from the bank before contacting them and never thought I would see a rate so low. Going to recommend them to anyone who needs a mortgage.

Service Reps that cut you off before you can even state your business. Astounding lack of even basic courtesy

方便快捷，服务态度好。

I was told it is always a stressful time buying your first home, we decided to go through a mortgage broker instead of our own bank, very happy with the hard work and dedication of Maria and Sinead! They put up with us (specifically me) and so far everything has turned out just fine. I would definitely recommend Maria Kyle at Dominion Lending to get you the rate and mortgage that you are happy with! Ryan and Ashley

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I was recommended to Omar Nacir Soufi as someone who might suggest a lender for a mortgage to buy my bay .He suggested AFSC , a provincial government lender ,i followed the lead and secured a loan ,lo and behold I than find out that lead cost me $2500 , ouch. Expensive lead ,if I knew it would cost me this much I would have searched the Internet for a few minutes and figured this out on my own this public provincial government agency advertises publicly and doesn't require assistance from real estate agents . While I was down and out purchasing real estate these unreasonable fees in an unregulated industry I felt taken advantage of and left broke .

Eitan and his team had been awesome. Always on top of everything. Super quick. Super efficient. And super nice.

Jeff Evans did not stop until I got approved ..he tried so many lenders and most of them said no but Jeff never gave up !! He worked day and night constantly on my file. And finally someone said yes ...all because of Jeff's determination !! Being an immigrant and a single mother of four kids I never thought I'd be a house owner but my the grace of god Jeff was able to make my dream come true . I highly recommend this guy !!! Give him a try you'll never be disappointed . Thanks Jeff for all your hard work because it paid off !!!🙏🏽😊😄

Awesome

We would like to extend a warm and extremely gracious thank you to Reza for helping us through the entire process of our mortgage. This was the first home we have purchased so we were a little nervous about the entire process and Reza made it extremely simple for us, even from a far. He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and was extraordinarily efficient at putting our deal together. We would recommend Reza to anyone looking for excellent mortgage expertise and an awesome experience. He made time for us when it worked for us, and was always available when we called or emailed. Working with Reza was wonderful, and we can not say thank you enough for the wonderful experience, as well as a great mortgage that fits everything we were looking for!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Karen Boies at City Wide For her tenacity and help with my mortgage. I've used her for years abs she always goes over and above the call of Duty. If your looking for a mortgage... look no further Karen will be a great asset to your journey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shaun is fantastic to deal with. This guy knows what he is doing! Hands down the best mortgage broker out there.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Prompt, personal, and effective. Thanks!
