Nicole and others in her office went the extra mile to get the job done, all while staying positive and keeping us calm when things looked dicey. I can recommend Nicole without any reservation whatsoever.

Rayna has been my go-to through several mortgages and I'll definitely be using her again for my next one. She is always easy to work with and repeatedly goes above and beyond to solve any problems or roadblocks that may arise.

I called them to discuss renewing my mortgage. I had to hang up as a client was coming in. They called me back which was great, and when I explained that I had had to hang up and would call them back, they just hung up on me. Strange way to do business. It is too bad because the rates they had on their website looked great, and they are local, but I try and do business with people who are at a minimum polite enough to say, "Sure, no problem. We look forward to hearing back from you".

Some of the staff unfamiliar with products. Communication issues resulted in having to make several trips to accomplish one task.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing until we met Tania. She answered all of our questions and helped us get a great rate on our mortgage. She went through the entire process with us and took the time to find something that worked perfectly for us. When our mortgage is up for renewal, we will be using her services again for sure.

Robin did a great job of explaining the different mortgage options that were available to me. His rates beat those offered by my bank and he was very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. I only wish my first mortgage broker had been more like Robin!

It is just ripoff. Over 10% fees (lol) upfront and over 10% interest . Government must go something about it.

Oh My God..!! Rupi is INCREDIBLE. I tried for a very long time to find the right house for me and my dogs, and it was almost impossible. Add to it my complicated financial situation (separation, house sale, tied up assets) and pretty much everyone else would have thought that I was a nightmare. Other providers even told me to first close my house sale, rent and then look for a house, and with two dogs that was pretty much impossible (I actually considered boarding my dogs and staying in a hotel for a month). Rupi not only took me on, but she went so far and beyond what any person would do that she is literally the only reason I have a home to move to. I can't imagine anyone going to the lengths she did to help me out and make my home a reality. And to top it all off, the options she gave me are so much better than the ones that the mortgage provider chosen by my ex gave her, I have optional extras that my ex was not provided by her mortgage professional, my payments are very reasonable and and she thought of ideas that no one I know would have to get me financing in time. Thank you..!!

Just finished at an event put on by Dustan! I was blown away by his level of knowledge, presentation style and attention to detail. Would highly recommend Dustan!

One star is too many for this brand. Their Asian employees are so rude to other races. They keep talking about druggies around the branch and somehow that makes it ok to be rude to everybody.
