Quick reply to a sudden piano move. Cost reflected same but the piano was moved!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a tentative move date, called within 24 hours to cancel. The owner just called me over two weeks later to say that they will be here tomorrow. I said NO, I had canceled. He stated that he was going to CHARGE my credit card a cancellation fee. I am reporting this company to the BBC 1st thing Monday morning . My Credit Card Company has already been notified.

The guy Bill Figley wasn't very easy to deal with. We move machinery all over the country on the daily, and this is the first time in a long time I've been treated so low.

TGI Inc. manufactures high value electronic billboards for shopping centers nationwide. They are fragile and difficult to handle. Corrigan Moving Systems specifically, Terry Eastman delivered our units to the mall in the early morning hours assisting our install team in a seamless installation for our company. They were easy to communicate with, quick and thoughtful to respond to our needs, including shipping unused items back to our facility in WA state. In over 20 years of dealing with this type company, I can say none were better. Hats off to Corrigan, Terry Eastman, and Juan Rodriguez.

I moved from a 2-bedroom apartment to a house about 4 miles away. Anytime Movers arrived on time and prepared. Ernest and Phillip worked very hard and wasted absolutely no time during the 3 hours of time charged. Once moved, I discovered a couple of dresser drawers not wanting to open and close properly and Philip took the time to fix them both so they would work. Both of them patiently accommodated my request to lift the dresser so I could put sliders on the bottoms of the legs. Everything was moved quickly yet carefully, with nothing damaged. I've made many moves both locally and cross country and my experiences have been anywhere from fair to horrible. Anytime was both professional and efficient. The final price was as quoted. I feel $325 was a good value for this quality of service.

Family Choice Movers are sensational. My husband and I were moving from West Bloomfield to Fenton and Dan Smith showed up with our uhaul and 3 guys. One of the guys helped me pack and Dan and Rob went to work. They were so fast and everything went into this uhaul like it was nobody's business. I hope to never have to move again but if we have to we will definitely be using Family Choice again. They are the very best.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with Cassidy's & United Van Lines. I recently moved to Vancouver, BC from Ottawa, ON and the whole process went smoothly with the help of our rep. Matt Hopf (Cassidy's) & head driver Rod (United Van Lines). Matt met me at my home to provide a quote and he was always professional via email or telephone. His quote was within $50.00 which was very impressive! He was always available to answer questions and also provide moving supplies (boxes, tape & packing paper at no cost). We could pick up supplies whenever during business hours. The head driver, Rod organized in advanced when he was to be expected and kept me up to date day before and day of, as well as with drop off. His team was very organized and respectful to our property & items. All items arrived with zero to little damage - I was sure to pack things with lots of paper or bubble wrap of course and they also covered most items with moving blankets as well. I was living in a 5 Story Commercial Building... They had to move my Couch from the 5th Floor to the 1st Floor, They did an Excellent Job!!!! I would recommend!!!!!

I have use them twice for my personal moves as well as my residents at my apartment Community have. They are very punctual as well is professional and courteous. Gerald goes above and beyond making sure the move goes timely and smoothly. I truly recommend this company I have been using them for over two years as recently as last Saturday .
