I moved from Montana to Maine. I had a great experience on the Montana side. On the Maine side they showed up more than 1hour late. The driver spent his time on the phone making personal calls for his vacation the next day. Boxes were all clearly labelled and color coded for basement, main floor, and garage. This was all reviewed with them, but even after multiple reminders they did not follow instructions. There was a blue print of where furniture should be placed and that was completely ignored. In the end they just started putting everything in the garage. After breaking not just the light but light fixture in the entry way, they tried to convince us not to come a claim. Multiple items broken, I have at least one box that is not mine. I made 4 phone calls before getting a response that they will do nothing. I guess my big mistake was paying up front. They do not take any responsibility for the movers and do not follow up timely. Find a different company!

I would definitely use U-Pack and would definitely recommend it to anyone!! You were all very helpful when I was in a panic and you got me to the right people very efficiently. Good job, job well done!! Thank you.

Déménagement fait le 15 juin. Les déménageurs qui sont venus avaient de l'expérience et ont fait un très beau travail. Bravo à vous Guillaume, Jocelyn et Keven. Le contact avec les gens de la compagnie est amical et ils ont une très bonne écoute. Merci à Transport Logisco pour le travail fourni.

Je suis plus que satisfaite de mon déménagement en juin dernier avec Transport Berube ( qu’un amie m’avait recommandé ) malgré la chaleur et la fatigue ( deuxième gros déménagement de la journée ) tout l’équipe est demeurée efficace, dynamique et souriante. Merci !
