Steve et Guy était ultra efficace, respectueux et sécuritaire! Équipe fiable et ponctuelle. Nous avons déménagé de 21h15 à 23h30 et nous n’avons jamais senti que c’était un problème. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Over-the-top excellent! We have moved many times. The last time we moved, we used a budget, no-name mover. They got PAINT on our $5,000 oriental rug. We did not move paint, so it must have been spilt in their truck from a prior move. My husband and I decided not to take any chances this time. Prager Moving and Storage has been in Naperville for decades. Our neighbor, who is a perfectionist, to put it mildly, used Prager and raved about them. Our real estate agent, Chris Cobb, recommended Prager. The actual cost of the move came in below their estimate. The driver, Bob Bychowski, was outstanding. He and his crew were extremely prompt on both ends. His truck was huge and immaculate. His crew was great. Each and every one of them introduced themselves to us by name and shook our hands and then got to work without delay. We haven't unpacked everything yet, but all the furniture arrived without a scratch. This was the easiest move we have ever experienced. We are a "his, mine and ours" family, so we have both moved many times over the decades. We both agree that this was by far the best moving experience ever. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Je regarde les messages et je suis vraiment derouter de voir que la meme chose m arrive, ils ont briser ma porte en effectuant une livraison et ne venlent pas payer les bris. Depuis 3 mois je les appels sans arret et jamais possible de parler a personne. Je n ai malheureusement pas choisi la compagnie mais c etait celle qui venait avec achat chez surplus RD.

Adam D and Jeremy M were very careful as well as efficient with our move. I will definitely use this company again if all their employees work as hard as they did. I had some very heavy pieces. Thanks guys for caring about your customers.

J'ai eu recours à leurs services pour un chargement de camion. L'employé qui s'est présenté à mon domicile a fait un travail impeccable, c'est par contre au moment de la facturation, ils m'ont chargés une somme de 75$ + taxes pour l'aller-retour à mon domicile (10 minutes de l'entreprise). Cela aurait dû m'être mentionné d'avance puisque je n'avais pas besoin du camion. Lorsque j'ai demandé des explications, la réponse du propriétaire était très arrogante et manquait de professionnalisme. Je recommande de chercher ailleurs où l'on offre un meilleur service à la clientèle. La prochaine fois, je n'hésiterai pas à chercher ailleurs.

Bon service professionnel, rapide et efficace

I initially called Cardinal because it is the moving company I see most frequently in our complex. After today I know why! We had three guys move us today and they were fantastic! Dwayne D., Sawyer B., and Jarrod S. Worked quicky and tirelessly on one of the most humid and hottest days of the year so far. They never complained about the many stairs and were all personable and professional and really worked well as a team. Pricing was reasonable too! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
