Its was an awesome experience. Kelsey was very friendly and knowledgeable. The space us cute and lovely. Definitely a 5* experience.

I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off and the lady didn't even soak them in acetone to soften them and remove them. She went right in with her drill and even over-filed my nails so badly that my nails are so weak and brittle. This was over a month ago and my nails haven't been able to grow back properly because they keep chipping off. My nail beds feel damaged :( I'm super disappointed because I used to go here all the time and after this experience I don't think I will be.

All of the staff were very friendly and kind, also the location itself is kept very clean and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place!

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year. I find them very inconsistent depending on who you have. This last time was the last time I’ll go. I felt very rushed the whole time, the girl was very distracted and my nails did not turn out well. They’re very lumping and uneven. Very disappointed.

The lady doing my nails did a very strange shape, I wanted coffin but they're not that. Also, her coworker was on Facebook the whole appointment, messages back and fourth for an hour+ and her volume was on extremely loud basically right beside me. Was very annoying.

I've been going for over 4 months now to get my acrylics every 3 weeks. I work with a lot of water and chemicals so my tech knows how to make my nails so they last. You cannot beat their prices and they do a great job every time. If you feel unwell they will aide you with snacks and whatever you need. I'll always come back.

I’m absolutely appalled by the service me and my 2 sisters were given. It’s a shame because the lady who did mine had done my pedicure previously as well and because she did such a clean job I thought I would book my sisters in who have arrived from the uk to visit for Christmas. It seems she is the only capable and professional person there and I wish I got her name because she was lovely. However the woman who served me at the till was absolutely rude and did not take anything we said into consideration. One of my sister had a fancy acrylic design, for 75$ the acrylic was bumpy and uneven and the lines were unclean. What really made me angry was my other sister who had eczema they drilled her nails down and scratched her skin and left the gel on her skin and now she’s suffering itching her skin and they would not give me a refund. Disgusting service and disgusting attitude towards people with skin disabilities absolutely insensitive and I’m not happy and will return to get my money back because 50$ for that was unacceptable for the service EDIT: I’m replying in response to the message sent by the apparent owner, the lady who served us at the till laughed at my sister when she tried to explain about her eczema condition, that is absolutely disgusting my sister bleeds when her skin is irritated and the woman who did her nails cured the gel on her skin and used an abrasive brush which has now caused her skin to be red and itching and caused so much discomfort on her hands she had to go to the pharmacy to buy creams for her skin. If my sister was frustrated it was because the lady was insensitive, flippant and damn rude not taking into consideration and laughing at her while she was trying to explain. If anything your attitude to cater to a customers discomfort is intolerable. We have our nails done all the time and never have we come across something like this. You all should be ashamed.

OMG terrible place, the tools are not clean also I don't like their works. This was my first and last time.

My brittle, breaking nails got much needed TLC from Linda! 💅 She is quite detail oriented and kind. The interior is modest, but a massage chair and excellent foot massage skills make up for that. Next time I'm in need of some nail lovin' I'll be coming back here! Thanks again! ☺

Not very friendly and I have not had very good experience at this place. The color I chose was not the color that I got and I didn't have the heart to say anything at the time but when I got home I realized it was way to dark. I went back first thing in the morning and they charged me another 30. Dollars to change the color, then by the end of the day I had to go back again to have the lady to fix my one toe because the color was coming off. I asked her if she was going to put a second coat on it like she did the other toes, she say yes 2 coats and she did not she only put on 1 coat of the color. I will not go back. This is not the first time I had problems with this location. Susan.

I have been coming to see Dian since I was 16 and I'm now 35! The service I have received over the years has been something I can rave about! I guess that's why I keep coming back. All the girls here are fabulous and pay great attention to my beauty needs! I can't say enough good things about beauty hour! You definitely won't be disappointed!
