Lovely family owned business. I have been a client for many years. Friendly, fast efficient service. Clean, nice atmosphere. Plastic shields between client and operator for Covid-19. I like that wait time for walk-In is not long. Quality products and service. I have never been disappointed. Best nail salon in Waterdown. I love to support my town.

Disappointed with the service provided at we nails. To begin they were very overpriced. For example twin nails only charges 15$ for shellac but here they charged 30$. Normally I would be OK with this if it was worth the price but it was not. I left there salon with nail polish all over my fingers. Also she had cut my finger while trying to do the manicure.... I expected more and will not be returning WE NAILS CLUB and I would not encourage anyone to go.

Bibi was absolutely amazing, her personality was so down to earth and made my daughter and I feel right at home in her salon. This lady opened her business for us on a Sunday just to help my daughter with the over abundance of hair she had and was getting so hard to maintain, the greatest thing about this salon was not only the hard work she put into of thinning out her hair, layering then blow drying her hair, bibi was so educational with explaining the Do's and Don'ts about the care of your hair. They also offer a list long of products and services including this life saving product called Eye Envy that I purchased to help achieve longer, thicker and more voluminous eyelashes and eyebrows and bought Schwarzkopf purple shampoo. Bibi most definitely gained a lifelong customer for me and my daughter. Thank you so much for caring and all of your help.

I am very happy with the mani and pedis I always get there. The owner Sandy always does a wonderful job on my bio gel. I have been to approximately a dozen nail salons before discovering this one quite a few years ago and have never cared to switch again

I got my nails done barely less than two weeks back and one of the nails needed to be fixed and in these 10-12 days it looked like they need refill, well basically went there to get my nails fixed .The lady who did my nails last time she got free from customer but she apparently lied she don’t know how to fix nails and took another client who came after me, i waited another 10 minutes, this time I think owner came and she said better do refill I said okay let’s do refill which I basically planned to get after one to two week(supposedly nails should last minimum of three weeks) however below are the pics of the service provided today, they did pretty bad job the nails does not look smooth they are too much uneven, be cautious ifwanted to go there. On the top of that, refill was 45 and she charged $47 and said she gave me discount because one of the nails was broken, anyways both times I decently tipped them as well, despite the fact poor customer service and even worst quality.

I was so excited to get my nails done here! Unfortunately it looks like they have been painted with yogurt. I love the colour but you can see tiny air bubbles in the paint job and the crater from where I asked her to fix it. The owner has said this is a nice paint job. They have offered to fix the paint and shape but when I asked if I can get a new service with the price I paid deducted they declined. I understand this is a new service but it wouldn't need to be done if my nails were done right the first time. I hope they do a better job when I pay full price again.
