So disappointed in my visit today worst quality nail job.

Tiffany did an amazing job on my gel x nails! The design was perfect and they turned out beautifully. Definitely recommend!!

Extremely unclean. Tools were not cleaned & same nail file used on every client. Employees eating in the same room as clients getting nails done. A dirty towel was put on my lap. Fruit flies were buzzing around. Very noisy washing machines running and side conversations happening between employees. The gel colors are mislabeled - instead of trying to find the color I wanted that was listed incorrectly, she told me to “just pick another color.” I was very much looking forward to the color that was mislabeled. The woman at the front desk is very nice, so I wish it wasn’t such a negative experience.

What a great find! Helena, Katy, and Michelle are so professional, friendly, welcoming, and they do an amazing job. I am so pleased I found this place and will definitely become a regular!

Don’t go here. I came back today after getting gel x manicure here 9 days ago because half the nails lifted or fell off, and front desk person Amaris tried to charge me 3/4 of full price to replace the set. I asked for the set to be comped and her manager (or someone) approved. New tech Summer was amazing, new set is same design as I had before. And as I’m leaving Amaris tried to charge me for the design, and I said that’s not what we agreed on, and got into a full argument with me about it raising her voice, and it was super embarrassing and awkward. I never take the time to write reviews but this experience was truly wild. I left Summer a big tip and got out out there. Not worth the draining confrontational energy. Both times I was was there it was a problem at the front desk.

I called she wanted me to wait in her salon for 2 hours bad for business will never recommend or go there NEVER told her did not want to wait I would just come in 2 hours and she hung up very rude

Received a manicure paid $45 one of the worst I’ve received. Was there 3 hours, nice people but not good a good job. Painted my skin too and cuticles. Didn’t remove the previous gel off correctly, leaving new paint to be rough. I don’t recommend for dipped nails!

One of the best gel manicures I’ve gotten in LA so far. The place is very clean, they’re friendly, and they really take the time to do your nails right and don’t miss any detail.

Spent $50 on a gel manicure and the gel lifted the next day on all five of my nails on my right hand. And three of my nails were shaped crookedly. I mentioned it so it could be fixed and they were still crooked after… The nail tech also didn’t clean under my nails which is usually a standard when getting a manicure. I had to ask for that as well.

Badmaa was amazing! She did my lashes beautifully, they got a very natural look, voluminous yet not artificial. I'll keep coming here for years to come!

This place is amazing! As a 5 years experienced customer in here, Tina never let me down:) I would highly recommend her especially Pedi and Mani.

I go pretty often..my favorite nail tech is Nina ..and Wae is awesome as well they dominate the Mani and Pedi.

I asked for pink acrylic because i didnt want gel polish, and lady went and used regular acrylic and polish even after I kept telling her thats not what i wanted. I even showed her pictures but all she was that was better, not happy. 1st pic is what i had done, 2nd is what i wanted and asked for
