First time and I loved it the reviews are right! I didn't get the name of the lady doing my Mani pedi but she get a great mate job I didn't even know mate could go on any nail polish she was nice enough to fix a nail I messed up and didn't even get upset I just moved from the San Fernando valley and this is definitely my new nail salon

A little more than I expected to pay. I explained that I wanted color powder with a design. Lee did exactly what I asked for. Also a pedicure from Kim Very happy customer.

Absolutely loved this place! Went there with my 3 other friends. I did an acrylic french ombre. Employees were very sweet and very polite. The guy that worked there was the one who did my nails and I’m very happy with how they came out!!

Blanquita is such a sweet heart. She does my acrylic nails and just a really good job. Customer service is excellent and is very clean and organized.

Top quality work. This place is busy so be sure to call ahead if you can but they have all excellent nails and manicure pedicure beauticians so you will be very happy with how they make you look. The most friendly service and atmosphere! Highly recommend!!

The ladies at the salon were kind, polite, asked questions to inquire if we were comfortable, and detail oriented. The nail salon was clean and there were plenty of nail colors to choose from. All the polishes were in good condition-- no crusty or old polishes were on display. The salon also followed covid safety procedures. They all wore masks and we wore our masks. I saw them disinfecting and wiping down chairs before usage. There are clear plastic dividers to prevent the spread of germs. The tools were in sealed packages (so sanitized) and the tools were opened in front of us. The pedicure came with a nice leg massage and after the manicure, we got a back and neck massage. I will definitely be back next time.

Showing you the (partial) range of the talent here. First pic is a regular pedicure. In my experience this will last 3-4 weeks and be so perfect at the next appointment that it practically feels like only a color change is needed. No kidding. Makes the cost cheap, if you think about it. Second pic is gorgeous art that a pre-med student got for her graduation ceremony during my last appointment. Stunning and even better in person. Prepare to be in the chair a while; this is not a "get 'em in and get 'em out" nail factory. They carefully mange cuticles with the finest circular electric file, same with foot pads. Polish is brushed on with the bottle's brush and an artist's fine brush (which is why the color lasts weeks). Every time I have been for a pedicure, I feel like I am the only appointment the artist has all day. No rushing to get to the next customer. During COVID, they are booking appointments so the fewest customers are in chairs at any given time (the most I've seen is 3, including me). Masks are worn and social distancing is observed in this small salon. Always have light (girly) music playing. Polite, kind, very professional. And they have a points system that will get you $20 off a treatment when you've collected enough. I highly recommend Secretive Nail Bar and the Russian beauties that run it.

Nice pedi, one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten tbh. 5/10 of my cuticals were bleeding and one of them got a whole chunk of my skin off. painful manicure since the nailpolish sunk into my open wounds, wanted to cry half the time.

Ruby and her staff are amazing!! I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Ruby goes out of her way for her customers and knows us on a personal level. During the pandemic, she would come over for house calls and brought her fantastic staff with her. She always goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied. She is always so appreciative of my business and makes sure I’m satisfied with my service. I’m a nail bitter, runner and have a lot of stress. Her staff always does a fantastic job, they give great massages and take care of my yucky feet! They always remember my favorite colors and my name. I am so thankful for their services, ruby and her staff!! Thank you :)

You can only schedule nail appointments online and I accidentally scheduled my nail appointment on the wrong date, so unintentionally missed that appointment. I received a text notification that I was charged in full for the missed appointment (just a couple hours earlier). I called to explain my mistake and they would not allow me to come in at a later time or give any sort of discount to reschedule an appointment. Nails are expensive, so it's a lot to spend for a mistaken appointment! Unfortunately they didn't have understanding and now have lost me as a customer.
