This salon is awesome! I discovered it about a year ago and have been going on a consistent basis ever since! I love the ambiance and the staff is excellent!! I’ve been seeing Kathalina and celina mostly but everyone who works there is excellent! Highly recommend this salon for any of your self care needs!

Place charged me twice for doing a manicure and pedicure Paid card then because they messed up on the price I paid cash. Terrible management, said “we don’t have extra money” and told my credit Card company that services were rendered

Monica did my nails the day before New Year's Eve. I don't Usually come here but it was pouring rain and they are the closest to my home. She did an outstanding job on my very short nails that badly needed help and I left with sparkly nails all set for NYE!

Very smooth professional spa. On time, busy salon with a good vibe and a large happy staff. Hits the spot. A feel good experience.

Love this place! As soon as we walked in we got helped. I showed the guy a pic of the style I wanted and gor sent over to Kevin. Light hands on his work. My daughter also got a full set and she also 💘 her nails. Very satisfied. Lucky nails still my favorite nail shop. Thanks to Mrs. Janet that knows how to work on my nails . She has such a soft hand on work, that at times I kept bobbing my head from feeling sleepy and the atmosphere being so calm and quite.

My nail tech injured me. Do not come here. I got a manicure done at Varnish Lab in 2019 and had a positive experience, so I wanted to revisit them in 2022 and get my nails done for my birthday. Sadly, they did an awful job. Vicky filed down my nails into an almond shape; while she was filing certain nails, I felt a mild amount of pain, but I trusted her and let her keep going. It was only after I left the salon that I started feeling an intense ache on the side of my right ring finger. She had damaged my finger so far that it was bleeding and constantly twinged for days. A week later, the skin around my nail is dry, hard, flaking, and ugly. It looks worse every day. Additionally, the staff was not clear about the price of the manicure when I spoke with them over the phone before my appointment. They told me a French manicure would cost $15 total. When I received the bill, they charged me $20 for the manicure plus an additional $15 for the French tip design. Also, while I was at the salon, 3 staff members tried to upsell me from a regular manicure to a gel manicure. This place is shady. Do not go to Varnish Lab. The front desk staff was unprofessional and the technician was incompetent. I want a refund.

Overpriced, subpar service, and long wait times. Came here because I heard great reviews about the nail art. Arrived at 8:45 and waited until 10 to get pedicure with nail design on all toes. Informed the nail tech that I had gel on but didn’t want gel this time, and also asked how much the total would be including design on all toes, was quoted $40. Was disappointed when they told me they couldn’t do marble or splatter design. I changed my design to a line design on the two large toes on either feet and was told it would be $30. My nail tech tried but couldn’t do this and no one else was available to do it. I just had regular polish on my toes and was charged $30, the same price that I was quoted for two designs. I did not get any special scrubs or treatments and when I asked why I was charged the same price even though they didn’t do a design, I was told it was for the removal of the gel polish and I wouldn’t have been charged that if I had gotten gel again. That made absolutely no sense seeing as I clearly stated I want regular polish and with design and was told $30. Will never come back here again. (I’ve included the design I wanted but they couldn’t do.)

this is the worst place i have ever been. don't waste time and money coming here. they don't have pretty colors and they don't know how to do a simple manicure I said can you please do my nails square

I have been going to this nail shop since I was 6 years old, so that's 38 years. Jennifer has always done my nails, and the are always GORGEOUS!

They are so quick and friendly! Definitely coming back you can't beat the prices! Only thing is parking!!! You have to look for it they don't have their own personal parking.

Whoever is coming to this place I highly recommend Kevin he very detailed with his job and makes sure you like it. I gave it a 2 star because the price is ridiculous! I paid 75 for a fill and a pedi. I have never paid that much in a nail salon.
