They are con artists they have no regards for others or their time.They gave me the wrong script then refuse to fix it they charged me 20 bucks for a no show on my 7 year old son who has school they just don’t care they have hidden fees that they secretly charge you for nothing I’m going to make sure OPTICAL WORLD KNOW THEY SUCK AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL KNOW TOO

Customer service is really lacking. Been twice to the location, once with no customers in the store and once with just one other customer; on both occasions there were two saleawomen who couldn't be bothered to come and check on me, and after asking for some help they acted as if extremely outraged at me for bothering them in the first place.
