Worst customer service. Everyone is "RUDE" including the doctors. The manager don't know how to run this place. I don't recommend it at all. Run away people don't go there unless it's a life threatening situation! Lol

We had an easy and wonderful experience. Kids broke my husbands glasses and Arora Optical tried to help me replace the broken arm. When that failed , due to time constraints, my husband was able to go in and get a whole new pair of glasses/lenses, same day. They are even trying to order a replacement arm for the broken pair so my hubby has a back up pair. Thank you!!!

Dr. Grandon performed Epi-Lasek surgery on my eyes 6 months ago, and I couldn't be happier. My eyes were 20/400 before the surgery. I elected to have a mono-vision procedure done (to avoid needing reading glasses), and my eyes are now 20/20 and 20/40. I don't need reading glasses for the most part, and my distance vision is better than it was with contact lenses. I'd been wearing glasses and contacts since the 3rd grade. It's great not to have to worry about that inconvenience any longer. Dr. Grandon and his staff were helpful through the entire process. His follow-up after surgery was excellent. My only regret is that I waited so long to have this done.
