The absolute worst experience I've ever had with an optometrist. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude, and not helpful at all. Went in a second time to ensure my prescription was correct, as my glasses did not feel right. Came in for a 6pm appointment, she was not going to take me in till 6:30-6:40. When I told her I had somewhere to be and that I booked this weeks in advance, she took me into the room and did not even check my eyes, basically insinuating that I was liar and that my prescription was right. She was very rude the entire time. I do NOT recommend.

At first I was overwhelmed, however, Nicole Rioux (lead Optician) made the entire process exciting for me! She was extremely patient with me as I found my first pair of frames! I had almost given up on getting glasses after the last three doctors but Dr. Ladage diagnosed the issue and gave me glasses I can see with after one visit. His staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiting time was reasonable, as was the cost. I highly recommend Dr. Ladage.
