Optometrist

Dr. Hussen, and the staff at Conestoga Eye Care are the kind of personable, knowledgeable, and hard-working professionals that make you wish you had a reason to see them more often. While wait times can sometimes be a struggle, they are always apologetic, and I know from experience that it is because they are giving a patient the best care, making them feel comfortable and confident with their eyes when they leave the office.

Have never been talked to so rudely in my life ! Will never be back and will Let all my friends know about the terrible customer service!

Dr. Guthrie and Dr. Rawal are caring and through t caring for you eyes.

Fantastic Service, I've brought in both sunglasses and eyeglasses for quick repairs and they do it on the spot! Extremely helpful staff

Tony is great, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Set up my eye exam and fixed my glasses with zero issues. I would recommend Wise Vision Centre to anyone looking for exceptional service and pricing.

Very professional staff and knowledgeable Dr. Dr Lalonde listens to your concerns and understands them, reassures you and refer you to another specialist if needed. I will continue recommending this place to other people! And she is perfectly bilingual. Certainly worth the drive from Orillia.

My whole family has been going to bayside for a few years now. The staff are often very flexible with appointments and rescheduling . Dr Woolsey is thorough and professional. I can only say good things about her. Baycare eye care exceeds my expectation every time.

Doctor is great...friendly staff, but the wait time is ridiculous. Quoted up to 7 days, 7 days later and still waiting

Today I had a fabulous visit with Dr. Shah. He explained everything in great detail, and humoured my many questions. I will definitely be returning. A most pleasant experience.

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Roberti for annual checkups since she was about 2 years old (she's now 11) and she loves it! He is very nice and friendly, and great with kids. He is her favourite doctor and actually looks forward to going and having her eye checkup, she thinks it's fun! He has age appropriate eye charts, even for pre-readers, and makes it almost like a game. He is very thorough in his exams and checks all kinds of things. He also explains things well to parents, very informative and in an easy to understand manner. His office is conveniently located inside the Georgian Mall.

Lindsay , the manager was simply fantastic , replaced busted Frame in 30 minutes.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I originally called the wrong place but they offered me the same pair of glasses I wanted from the other location but for a better price. The man who helped me answered all my calls and called me back if I had any questions. Was done quickly and very efficiently! Definitely going to come back for my next pair, thank you!

I have never experienced such efficient and helpful customer service ever in my life! I was desperate to get new glasses as my old ones broke and I went to Little Lake Family Eye Care and got the best service. They really helped me with finding the right pairs and accommodated me by getting them ready in a short period of time. I love my new glasses and am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I will definitely recommend it to everyone and will be using their services again in the future.

Amazing staff very friendly and super supportive. The dr. Is an amazing professional that makes you feel at easy. He was available to messure my eyes pressure as I have glaucoma in both eyes. I am so happy to have met this very well deserved of more than 5 stars eye cre clinic. Thank you

I've been purchasing my glasses from Ben for around 20 years both reading and sun glasses. Top notch product lines and his customer service is second to none.

Excellent service. I switched from Hakim to Pearle because they had a better selection and they offer an advantageous protection plan.

I purchased a new pair of glasses from this location. This is the first time I have dealt with Loblaw Optical. I met Laura. I had been going through a very rough time and she was amazing. She not only helped me pick my frames along with my son, but she helped me with calming down. She has an amazing personality. She is kind well above her job and I can't tell you how much help she was for me. I am disabled and with my various issues she accomplished so much in helping me get what I wanted for the best price possible. Thanks Laura, you are amazing at your job. You are amazing with people as well. I will always stop in to see you now when I am in the store. Cheers Jan
