Dr. Lu saved my vision. Not all optometrists are the same apparently. I have been having trouble with my vision for a little over a year now. Double vision in one eye, irritation and declining eyesight to the point of changing prescriptions every 4 months or so. My family doctor and previous optometrist seemed unconcerned, and I trusted their judgement as professionals in their fields. I work as a tailor, and my eyesight got to the point where it was hard to work even with prescription reading glasses, and was having daily headaches. At this point, it was obvious to me that there was something seriously wrong with my right eye specifically. This is when I consulted Dr. Lu. Her examination was completely thorough. I had no idea there were such a range of tests available, as they have never been offered to me despite voicing my concerns for over a year to others in her field. Dr. Lu identified the problem with my eyes, which was not only serious, but had she not found the problem through her extremely thorough examination, I would probably be blind within a couple years. As it is, The condition is rectifiable through surgery. I can not thank you enough Dr Lu. You saved my eyes and my career. Michael Lauzon

The best optical ever! I visited several opticas and made a lot of quoatariom before choose one, I do recommend them for multiple reasons: 1. I was looking for orange glasses and despite they don't have it at the moment, they looked for me and found me a great frame that was amazingly beautiful! 2. They waited for me after working hours, because I travel from Kanata. 3. They do not trick you!!!! They had a beautiful orange frames in stock, I loved it, but even though those were more expensives that the ones I actually bought, they helped me realize that those were too big for me, and after that they were seeking my taste, my preferences and not actually try to convince me for the expensive ones. They care about the customer!!plus they have the best prices! I fully recommend them!

Very professional and friendly employees. Selection of frames, not too many in my price range. But I did find a pair that I liked. Fast service and pick-up was a breeze. Too bad I can't remember the associates name because they were so nice.

Went there a month ago because of a pair of glasses that bent because of my poor care. (Glasses weren't even from there, I bought them from costco). Then a kind gentleman (of whom I don't remember his name but I believe he wa's ethnically east asian) helped me readjust them to the size of face until I was completely satisfied. Really appreciate it! Also it was free so that's a bonus, hats off for the wonderful customer serice and I know where to buy my glasses next time!

I had the best eye exam ever here! The staff is super friendly and the doctors are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The best part is that I didn't have to be dilated! I will definitely be coming here again for my next eye exam.
