Honestly THE BEST eye clinic that I’ve ever been to. Not only are they employees amazing and sweet, they are honest and extremely helpful. There not there just to make a pay check but they are there to genuinely help you get what you need and I’m the low cost to you possible. Best eye exam as well! It was here that they discoved my eye problem when others over looked it . I would 100000% recommend going here. I make the drive from Carleton place just to go here. That’s how amazing they are !

My family has been going to Dr. Mithoff for the last 15 years. Excellent service and Staff, they always go above and beyond for us. A few years back I had a terrible infection in my tear duct. She called and checked on me until it was healed. Dr. is a very caring person and so is her staff.

Always a pleasure to come here. Patients are treated with such wonderful care. Dr. Prizant is both reliable and accomodating, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's definitely worth the drive from Nepean!

They're always fast and pleasant to be around. I seriously love this place. Its clean and everyone is so nice.

They don’t accept Medicaid at all. I have never felt discriminated against until going here with state health ins. Every other vision place in a 5 mile radius including the Henry Ford eye center across the street ((nicer newer office with a larger selection than LC and better staff)) around this place takes Medicaid or bare minimum they are willing to bill medicaid for a portion then you pay the rest. Not here! If you don’t have private health ins don’t go here. You will be treated as second class and looked down upon when you walk in and treat you with disrespect until you leave. I used to go here, bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from here but that was with private ins, never again after being treated like that. Go to Henry Ford. Places like this need to close. Forever.

I like going here. I've been with them for many, many years. The only thing I don't like, is how unfriendly one of the girls behind the counter is. She's also not very good at fitting glasses and becomes snippy when you have to go back. She also cuts you off on the phone and slams it when she hangs up. People like this, should not be working with the public.
