Hakim Optical Peterborough - Lansdowne

I found it took over an hour to have the eye exam because they overbooked. The staff who greeted us was friendly but the eye exam Dr. Himself was not not overly friendly.

Hakim Optical Brockville
359 Stewart Blvd, Brockville, Ontario, K6V 4W9, Canada
Have had terrible luck. First frames the screw fell out of the lens and they would only cover 50% to replace even though it was still within the warranty period and warranty is 100% on frames.
Second pair the arm broke off the glasses and again they wanted to charge 50% of the cost of new frames. Again still under warranty. Will not be going back and do NOT recommend them. My experience is their frames are cheap and poorly made. And even if they say they are warranted- they are not.
