Optometrist

Celeste was the most helpful associate at all 6 LensCrafters I called searching for a frame. At other stores I could tell I was a bother and they just kind of said whatever to get me off the phone. She addressed my concerns and helped me track down my frame. Go Celeste!

Amazing staff, customer specific service. You feel like family there,

Great prices, friendly and informative staff. Highly recommended!

I had the exact opposite experience than what some others have posted. I must have tried on 30 frames and still no one approached me and asked if I needed a hand. They all stood behind the counter and just chatted with each other. When I finally approached them, it appeared as if I was doing them a disservice. Their knowledge in relation to my benefits seemed non existent, $50 towards ans $75 towards lenses. But my last 2 pair were purchased from Eastgate LensCrafters and i definitely did better than that. Just no effort went into trying to help me at all. There is a pearl vision in Limeridge, Go there instead.

Have been going here my whole life, great people, service, and glasses.

i have been getting my contacts from here for more than 7 years...i would highly recommend The Lensmaker Optical...very friendly staff and great prices.

Love that they can bill directly to my insurance now! (Sunlife). Absolute best price for glasses in Hamilton

I have used focus eye care for 5+ plus years and always had a wonderful experience with Alex! All of his staff are friendly and willing to help with whatever you need! Thanks for always taking care of my families needs.

Staff was excellent...will definitely go back..

Had to get my work safety glasses here, great experience! It was really easy took 10 min the first visit just to come up with glasses I likes and then picked them up a couple weeks later.

Wonderful wonderful service!!!!...perfect glasses , perfect fit..wouldnt go anywhere else..kind and caring

Mark and Zeena are great. Matador Eyeworks has a wide variety of unique glasses for everyone. I would highly recommend visiting and checking out the selection. Mark and Zeena are very knowledgeable in finding you the right fit and quality, colour, style, and unique frames. I'll be back! Happy Holidays :)

Mark and his staff are always helpful and attentive. Would recommend him time and again
