Excellente optométriste. Elle a découvert un problème dans mes yeux que personne n'avait vu avant et qui me donnait des maux de tête depuis des années. Elle a également fait preuve d'une patience d'ange avec ma petite-fille qui est très timide. Bref, toute la famille, on l'adore!

Quick, Efficient, Polite Normally when I go to an optometrist appointment, I expect it to take 45 minutes upwards, mostly in the waiting room. But with these guys I was all done in probably 20 minutes. The staff was patient with me as well as helpful and informative. Other than misspelling my name (which was an easy fix), my appointment went perfectly. Highly recommended

It mentions that the cost of the eye exam is mentioned in the website.. no it isn't. The link to book on eye exam is broken and you get caught in a Perpetual Loop.

The staff does a great job of finding the needs of their clients and matching it perfectly with knowledgeable advice and appropriate products and services. The pricing is great, and they also do support some good causes with recycling used eyeglasses etc. Value, convenience and service all in one.

Probably will never go back. I can't say the customer service was bad because it didn't exist. Tried on glasses for about 20 mins and no one bothered to talk to us. I would Recommend FYI Eye Doctors across the street in the Vic Square Mall instead.
