Clean and professional

We always come back on this location although there's a lot of optical chain close to us. They used to have the same-day service to get the order of pair eye glasses, and then the next time it took 1 week to get the order, but this time we are not happy, it took 2 weeks!! We even have to call them to follow-up, but before they will send you an email and then they will call you at the same time. The safety glasses that we order was missing a piece of nose pad, and when we asked for it, we are not satisfied with their explanations, the frame itself has some sort of defects, and the service with our complaints is not good at all. This is gonna be our last time to buy at Lenscrafter. But the eye clinic is good and Dr. Cher Tsang is the best doctor though.

Great friendly staff!

I went in to see how much lenses would cost as I have a complex prescription. Other places quoted me between $800 -$850 just for the lenses. Hakim quoted me about $650, for the lenses alone. I'm already saving money. They happened to have a special on full glasses. I got 2 pairs with a custom nose piece for $830. The young lady that worked that day was very helpful as I probably tried on close to 20 frames. Very happy with the service.

My girls love Dr. Duke! She is so sweet and positive every time we are in. Being able to come in some evenings and Saturdays, makes it convenient for the whole family. It’s a pretty busy place, but we always get good customer service. They are always happy just to make an adjustment at no cost. They even helped me choose my glasses when I had no one there to to give me an opinion. They will give the options and prices to help you decide what you want and need, within your budget, without being pushy. I would recommend FYI in Strathmore anyone. Penny.B

Had to get a 2nd opinion for my 5 yr old daughter's previous optometrist who was trying to push glasses on a wee girl who didn't need them. Its been 4 years, her eye sight is great, Dr. Johnson saved us a lot of time and money by doing a professional job instead of just trying to make money with glasses like some people out there. I went in myself for my yearly check ups just last week. Again, friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable with my pedantic-nosey-parker-questions. Would recommend it to anyone from Strathmore or Calgary (worth the drive if you think your guy is hosing you!)
