Optometrist

One of may places for eye glasses, I would go to another before here.

Best

extremely slow and i have to wait 50mins to get my new eyeglasses adjust. this is the only store that i don’t like, except to the guy who was helping me choosing my glasses unfortunately he was not working when i came back.

One of the Best place for your glasses, one of the best experience and best collection of glasses. And on top of all that Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. They help you to find the best fit for you I am extremely grateful that I want there. From know on this is the place for all my eyewears. Thank you for ur help. *Highly recommended*

Love superstore (especially this one). This superstore is always stocked, has great deals, but staff would be a little disrespectful. Other than that, great store.

Another disappointing experience with this store .So I get just new lenses and they screw up my for the third time with the prescription and still waiting for the issue to be resolved stay away they don't deserve one star.

Very poor customer service. They didn't get my prescription right and blamed me. Dorothy was particularly rude, especially when I had to cancel an appointment due to work keeping me out of town. I called back 5 days later when I was certain of my availability and was told it's too late to get a re-test done. Now I'm out nearly $380 for glasses that are useless and an inaccurate prescription. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at a business that cares whether or not their clients are satisfied.

The girl, I think her name was Steph, was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was worth the drive

Best service ever. Awesome doctors who care. A big selection of eye wear. Thanks again.

Fixed my sunglasses free while I waited. Awesome friendly staff! Would recommend for any repair or purchase

Both Dr.Adams and Dr. Waddell provide exceptional care to all their patients! great service.

Awful customer service. Placed order in May for contacts. After leading us on for three months. Char says, am not going to lie to you. Its the Doctors fault. He should have printed off the form and sent it in. It has not been ordered. There are better places locally for optical needs. ANY place is better than this.

My glasses broke at work and I went to Hakim and ran to the door and they were closed because the lady was going on break!! She saw me as she was driving away and drove back into the store and opened the door and let me in !!!!! Not only did she find me the exact frame but she switched my lenses and adjusted my second pair in less than 15 min!!

😘👍
