Friendly, clean, open concept. Lilly took great care of me, she knows how to treat people right. Darcy took his time and was frank and honest. Personable too. Def will go back. (And no problem getting the prescription - didnt even have to ask)

I realize Covid 19 has caused difficulties in doing business . I was told I was due for an exam and then after exam I was told my plan wouldn’t cover it.Regardless I ordered a pair of glasses.Thru this the staff were very friendly.I went in to get an adjustment it seemed that the friendliness stops after receiving the customers money.Went in again today for another adjustment most of the staff ignored me and after an adjustment was made my ears are sore.Not sure what to do.In our business customer satisfaction is crucial.

Our glasses from another Iris were damaged during repairs at another at that location. This location agreed to fix them at no cost to us. We're very grateful!

I was warned about Visions Optical in Chilliwack but I had already booked my eye exam. Long story short, they gave me the wrong prescription in my $800 glasses. I am now out of my warranty period so they want me to pay to fix their mistake. The lady was nice enough about it but not willing to come to any arrangement that would help me in any way. Listen to your co workers and read the reviews, they are a terrible business to deal with

We live in Agassiz now, and need our prescription infortmation. They will not tell you over the phone and will not email you your prescription. You have to go to the mall to get it. Complete waste of time, for a family of 5.
