Great service they go that extra mile to help customers

I've been a patient at Parallel Image Optometry for over 4 years. All what I can say: GREAT service!!! The staff is very helpful. They DO CARE about your vision needs. Because of the super low prices, any company sometimes tends to attract an unsavoury demographic. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable.

I am always greeted when I enter & have always been helped with kindness. It leaves a desire to return, because you know you'll be treated right.

Good prices and service

used to only come here because I felt they were on my side and helpful. This time, feel like I got talked into a product that was quite a bit more expensive from them than I've had quoted elsewhere (high end lenses) and really disappointed they would recommend a product that leaves me incredibly uncomfortable and not at all appropriate for my perscription and the frames I liked. I understand the frames are my choice, but some honest feedback would have kept me as a customer instead of refusing the frames and wasting 300 on lenses I now must find another store to fit into frames. Just super disappointed overall. Very sad to loose this place as my go to.

I wanted to seek out a professional for my family and I for our primary eye care provider. PI was amazed at my experience. Dr Bubra and his team were prompt, very comprehensive and took time to explain everything. I highly recommmend Dr Bubra!

This has been a great place for many, many years with Dr. Chong as the optomotrist. His partner was very rude and obnoxious zbd now that Dr. Chong has left, i will never return! Too bad because the girls in there are awesome too.

Great staff and every time I have been here for the past 10 years my appointments have been able to get in on time quickly and the doctors remember you and care they have an amazing selection of glasses and contacts and anything you would need for your glasses and eyes need

Oh no! My frames broke right at the nose when cleaning the lenses. This happened once before with these same frames. It's time to find a new provider...one I have biked past several times and admired their signage. Universal was my saviour during a week where I had many health challenges. By end of day they had my not so old lenses in a new frame saving me a considerable amount of money. They have also provided excellent friendly follow up service and continue to do so. From now on Universal will also be my go to place for all things related to eye glasses.

Great service from the whole staff, very knowledgeable and professional. We walked in and got helped with glasses right away and had the glasses within an hour. Can’t beat that service! Special thanks to Dr. Macario for the very thorough eye exam.
