I am so grateful to Dr.Saba for all his help with my eye health. Also I wanted to shout out to Habib who gave me such a good deal on my prescription glasses. I absolutely love them! The location is fairly easy to find and parking is available every where. If not, the mall is on the other side, and there is plenty of parking there.

Visited a week ago to order prescription sunglasses for this coming weekend. Unfortunately, although they said that they could be ready within a week, the lenses were coming from RayBan and weren't ready. I was a bit put off by this but the person I was speaking to offered to make temporary, polarized lenses to use until the RayBan lenses came in. Now THAT is above and beyond! Thanks Guys!

This Company has been a great experience for me as far as service and satisfaction. From my exams to frame & lens selection. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I've never had prescription sunglasses before either, what a difference. They also custom fit my favorite old Maui Jims with prescription sun lenses which was the best part of it all.. Extremely irritating to deal with, the company doesn't actually have a physical phone number, they ship you off to a call centre. The people are rude and very unhelpful. I've decided to use a different optometrist, I signed a patient authorization form to have them forward my contact information and they refused to send the information to my new clinic. The interior of the business looks dilapidated.

This place is super clean, they provide drinks while you wait, and the doctor will take the time to explain things to you in detail. All of the staff here is very friendly, highly recommend!

Poor customer service - I made an appointment to see the optometrist for a work related eye exam and when I arrived they did not have the ability to bill my insurance company directly. The only option they provided was for me to pay out of pocket and have me go through the hassle of getting reimbursed. I left and went to another optometrist in the mall and had no issues. I provided the same information and they did it all online for me.

I was fitted for contacts and glasses here. The staff was so nice, and knowledgeable. I have had some issues with contacts before. Charmaine was able to explain to me why and sourced me a pair that fit better. I'm thankful for the handwork and professionalism shown here.

Image optometry showed lack of integrity with their revolving door style, very unprofessional, irresponsible and unaccountable. Over charging is their common practice....be aware.

I am currently in BC from NYC. I had to get my eyes checked for a potential enhancement procedure following my laser eye surgery in 2007. I was referred to Denny Birring and I had an appointment with him in less than 24 hours . Upon arrival, I was met with friendly staff which started my testing immediately without any delay. Once the preliminary tests completed, I had the pleasure of meeting Denny who I heard so much about but met for the first time. He examined my eyes thoroughly, and went through all the pros and cons of my potential procedure. In sum, this was my best optometrist experience ever! From setting up the appointment, to getting phenomenal professional service, to having all my records emailed to me before leaving the store was AMAZING! Thank you Denny and the team for such a great experience - something I am told everyone gets and not just those that come via referrals. I have no hesitation in recommending Denny and the Iris Grandview Team!
