Dr. Jenna Astorino was amazing she performed a complete eye exam, indicating my visual health status, always very attentive, kind and professional in her work. Thank you very much! Also, staff was very helpful and great customer service.

Dr Tse was quick, courteous and friendly during my eye exam. Saw him on recommendation from a family member and very happy with my appointment.

Great selection of sunglasses, I live in Mississauga, they ordered the pairs I wanted, shipped them to me at no cost. The package came beautifully wrapped along with cleaning solution and authenticity cards....Thank you Sight N' Steps for going the extra mile!!

My husband and I have been buying our glasses and contacts from Pickering optical for a few years now. Always excellent service, usually deal with Mariam, who is very professional and knows her busy.

Very disappointed with recent encounter. Used the online booking tool and thought I was all booked up. Showed up for my appointment and was met with a very cold reception. Gave my name and was told that I didn't have an appointment and that my spot was booked by someone else. Receptionist then left me sitting there and started talking to another patient, took their info and walked them in. Never came back. Maybe i did mess up the booking, but the absolute frigid reception was uncalled for. A simple "sorry this happened to you, can you come in on..." would have went a long way. The ad online claims same day examinations, guess not in my case! I have already made an appointment elsewhere.

Great staff! But I’ve been waiting for my glasses for almost a month!! They told me that my glasses were supposed to be done on July 14th..STILL WAITING. I needed my new glasses before I left for vacation. Last time this had happened, they had broken a lenses.

His methods of eye examination is so thorough and he never rush to attend next patients.

Just completed my eye exam with this optometrist. This is by far the most thorough eye exam I have ever had . Great selection of quality frames, I chose a pair of ray bans that I had tried on at Lenscrafters and ordered them here, at a fraction of the cost at Lenscrafters. Thanks Dr. Arora. I will be back.

I recently had LASIK at SEE by IntraVISION. The entire team was supportive, knowledgable and talented. I went from wearing glasses or contacts every day to being effortlessly better that 20/20. Recovery was an absolute breeze. Anyone in the Greater Toronto Area who is looking to lose the specs - as I was - would do well to book a consultation with the team at SEE. I needed to update my prescription glasses and looked up online the nearest optometrist with out reading their reviews unfortunately. I went to my appointment on time the door is locked and need to ring bell per Covid protocols; the rude Asian receptionist came out angry yelling at me saying "you are early", so I showed her the time on my phone 12:15 which is my appt. She said " I was on the phone give me few minutes" as if this is my fault for ringing the bell while she is on the phone. Now for the Dr. she seemed to be ok except that she pushed for a retina digital scan which I did not really need and never done before during previous optometry exams; Dr. Natasha explanation for why I needed this test was "I always do this for my patients" . I guess as a new patient need to follow so I said fine. The part she did not explain was the test is at an additional cost $69 which you will discover at the counter when you pay. Just beware and better to read reviews firs
