Optometrist

Been to half a dozen optical stores. This store is in a league of its own. You'd be foolish if you see this and try them. Honest and professional. I'd give them more stars but there are none. A must try shop for anyone with glasses

Mandy did an awesome job taking care of my purchase! Amazing customer service!

Good answer.I look forward to your service. I have heard nothing but good.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and personable doctors. Always a pleasure to be in the office and have my eyes checked and get my contacts

Friendly and very helpful. Got more than I was looking for and can see even better than I thought I could.

Very friendly wonderful service

After being very upset about about an interaction the lady called and apologized. I'm so happy that they are professional and big enough to fix the situation.

A lot of food and retail options here, administration is amazing in support of local communities, talents and non profit organizations

I recently went to factory optical to purchase some new glasses. The girls took my prescription and showed me and my wife all of my options. I was amazed at there level of care and attention. The professionalism the staff displays is something to be applauded. As a business person myself I know how hard it can be to build an environment where staff can flourish. The management at factory optical stonebridge oubviously knows their business. And has the friendliest most helpful staff I have seen in a very very long time.

Wonderful experience! Great staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
