I have been seeing Dr. Hagerman for over a decade. I have always been pleased by the skill and attention received from him and his staff.

Sounds like cons. The receptionist only wanted to confirm that £500 appointment with me and when I started asking questions she said she’s in a hurry and that I should email her to get the appointment Bad experience on first call so wouldn’t go there

A great outfit. Had been to several of the bigger brands but Sherman’s have always delivered a professional and excellent service and got my prescription just right where others said it was not possible. Glyn

Excellent contact lens sight test and tutorial. Ive never used contact lenses before and Nancy, who showed me how to put them in and take them out was very patient and encouraging and gave me lots of useful hints.

I went into The Eye Emporium in Swiss Cottage to ask about a new cleaning cloth for my glasses. I was shown a range of different cloths and a spray and lens wipes, Keeda delivers the most outstanding customer service. A huge thank you and I recommend.

What a pleasure have Specs as my optometrists! The girls are lovely, friendly and more than careful with everything little thing to do with your eyes. Feels like a family when you go in and visit as they are all so happy to help and they all greet you with smiles on their faces which is more than I can say about the bigger practices. They could learn a thing or 2 from Daska and her team. Highly recommended!

Great service, very fast and very friendly

Poor customer service, can never fit you in, tell you you have to have a compulsory eye test even if that's not what you came for. The opposite of what a good high street opticians should be.

I visited this shop today . My optician Mira ( hope I spelled it right) was an absolute angle ! She checked my eyesights , making sure everything is done properly . I didn’t know I was wearing the wrong contact lens until she pointed out. The other girl by the front desk was also really sweet , she helped me pick glasses and keep my husband & pets company while they waited. I highly recommend this shop !
