Dr. Theresa Yim is a very thorough and professional doctor who has a very positive personality. She makes you feel relaxed and a little happier that you went and got your eyes checked. I highly recommend her.

I love this optometry, the staff and the doctors! It’s simply the best out of all the ones I have tried. I like the care and attention given to every patient. Would give more stars if possible!

UPDATE: I finally got my eyeglasses today, September 8. But it’s the worst glasses I’ve ever had. The right lens is magnifying everything more than it should. Every rectangles are showing as trapezoid. I will return this pair of glasses next weekend. ——————————————————— I had been trying different doctors here. I’ve never been to any optometrist before. The first optometrist I had was Dr Deborah Chew. She s nice. However, the glasses they made gave me headache. I gave up on this pair of glasses. I gave this doctor another try the following year and mentioned that the initial glasses gave me headache. She said it was because it’s my first time. The second visit didn’t produce a comfortable glasses either. The following year I went to see Dr Brian Gin. The glasses he prescribed gave me severe headache. The headache is so severe that I had to undergo MRI and the result came back as negative. I went back to tell the optician of the issue with my glasses. The optician found that instead of adding 0.5 to each lenses, the doctor added 1.0 to one side. They replaced my glasses with the correct adjustment. The doctor apologized for his mistake. I decided to see him again the following year, after all, it was just an honest mistake. The glasses they issued that year was still giving me headache. I tested my then 4 year old glasses and they feel comfortable. This year I went to see another doctor. I didn’t get her name. I told her my past experience with the previous doctors. I paid my glasses in full on August 11, 2018, however, as of September 5, 2018 I haven’t received the glasses. I’ll wait for another month and ask for refund if they don’t have my glasses by then. After years of putting up with this optometry, I will never return there.

There was a slight delay with my appointment since someone was ahead of me, which was understandable. When it was my turn, however, I felt I was in good hands. Dr C was super friendly & knowledgeable. The exam and eye glass ordering process went smoothly. The staff was professional & helpful. My overall experience at Kensington optometry was very pleasant.

Great people! They have a good glasses selection, but most of all, I enjoy my visits each year because of the great team!

I have been going to Dr Yuen for 25 years. She is professional and knowledgable. Her staff is helpful as well (especially when you have to move appointments around). I would not go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr Penza in 2016 for treatment of binocular vision dysfunction which in my case was caused by a chronic neurologic disorder that affects my eyesight and balance. Because of the complexity of my particular problem, I was skeptical at first that prism eyeglasses could help, but decided to get them anyway, and was really surprised and encouraged by the relief I obtained. A few months later, Dr Penza fitted me with custom multifocal contact lenses, also with prisms, which better suit my activity level while still compensating for the double and blurry vision caused by my condition. The improvement has been amazing. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and the service is outstanding. I travel from out of the area and encourage others who need this type of treatment to come here to get it- definitely worth the trip.

I had a fantastic time at Stamper Optometry! I never imagined that the first Google review I ever wrote would be for an Optometry office, but I had such a wonderful experience, I had to post! The office was very clean, the staff were friendly, and my contacts were estimated to take a week to arrive, but they arrived in a single day! My optometrist was very forthcoming with my prescription (in the past, my old optometrist made it hard for me to attain, I assume to drive more sales through their own frames), so now I can go to other retailers for stylish frames! Now that I write this, I regret not looking at the frames they had in the office... If you're looking for a new optometrist, you can stop looking, and just choose Stamper. I'm doubtful you'll find a better place!
