Optometrist

Staff is very pleasant to deal. Eye exam was very thorough. I did not feel any pressure to purchase glasses there although I did end up buying a pair. I was examined by Dr. Shaun.

Excellent staff service. Very helpful and willing to answer questions

Larry is the best optometry! he really cares about his patients and always takes time to do the exam properly.

Had an emergency eye issue, and other optometrists in poco wouldn't see us since weren't a patient in poco. They were fully booked, but told us to come down and they would squeeze us in. Was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Really appreciate service like that.

Great staff and doctor! Have been going there for 16 years without any complaint!

The reception girls are super sweet and very helpful. They have the biggest selection for free frames! Although I didn't get my examination here, they helped with a frame transfer.

Great place. Dr. Gill is an amazing person who genuinely cares for the patients.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The store has a wide selection of frames and brands to choose from. I bought my last two pair of glasses here and my sunnies and they won't be my last!

Just cuz

Frame broken when they tried to help and replaced new frame. and re used the lenses and save my mom $$$$ few hundred dollars. Because it was progressive lenses. Sam... Great Job!!!! you guys .....believe it or not check him out .....

Dr. Yu was quite rude and impolite person I ever meet. I will never want to see him again.

Dr Kim is a great optometrist, he takes care of my whole family. Lisa and the front end staff are incredible. Very helpful and friendly! If you are in need of an optometrist go here.

This is my first time at this clinic. I believe there were two optometrists, but my appointment was with Daphne Cheng. Overall she was very helpful and caring. She was very patient with me since I had a lot of questions. She answered all of them in a way that I could understand. My previous optometrist would usually push me out as soon as she could and since she also sold glasses, she would push me to buy her products. But I don't think Dr. Cheng is affiliated with anyone so she didn't advertise anything. She will be my new long term optometrist. Definitely recommend. =)

Worst optometrist I’ve ever been to. I came into the clinic with a concern with my eyes. Stating that my eyes are extremely uncomfortable everytime I travel. I haved included that no amount of eye drops make it better and that most of the times I choose not travel because of this discomfort. However, after saying all that Dr.Shen told me that I have dry eyes and should just use eye drops. He did not show me any signs of concern and provided me with no solution.
