I have been to this shop many times and have always received great service and care. They have an amazing selection of glasses. The manager is great at recommending frames that look great and are suitable for the kind of vision issue being corrected.

Dr. Singh is my go-to for all eye-related needs. He is immensely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I'm a really curious person and tend to ask all kinds of questions at my appointments. Dr. Singh is incredibly patient and always takes the time to explain things to me. The staff working at this location are also extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. I've recommended this place to all of my friends because they make getting an eye exam a pleasant experience. Try them out and see for yourself!

I go there for my glasses. They are always very professional and have what their customers need (like chocolate)

Located on Broadway near Fir Street this business has an excellent selection of frames,sunglasses,contact lenses and accessories such as lens cloths and bottled lens cleaner to choose from,the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the service is impeccable 👍🏻👍🏻i've been a client for many years i would highly recommend this place it's 5🌟

Dr. Thom was very professional, personable, and actually listened to my concerns. Getting a comprehensive exam is entirely worth the cost, and they will take the time to explain what they are looking for and what they have found. I also updated my prescription at the time of the exam, and have had no issues with the new lenses. The desk staff were also quite friendly and made the effort to also listen and chit chat while waiting. In short, if you want excellent service with reliable results, go here! (In regards to the other review, complaining about cost, the extra 5 % - 10 % is entirely worth it if you value your vision and want a competent doctor. I use my eyes everyday; why would I gamble with my vision?)

Great staff, Dr. Yee is very patient and supportive! They work with children under the Healthy Kids Program.

Extremely irritating to deal with, the company doesn't actually have a physical phone number, they ship you off to a call centre. The people are rude and very unhelpful. I've decided to use a different optometrist, I signed a patient authorization form to have them forward my contact information and they refused to send the information to my new clinic. The interior of the business looks dilapidated.

This Company has been a great experience for me as far as service and satisfaction. From my exams to frame & lens selection. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I've never had prescription sunglasses before either, what a difference. They also custom fit my favorite old Maui Jims with prescription sun lenses which was the best part of it all.. I am so grateful to Dr.Saba for all his help with my eye health. Also I wanted to shout out to Habib who gave me such a good deal on my prescription glasses. I absolutely love them! The location is fairly easy to find and parking is available every where. If not, the mall is on the other side, and there is plenty of parking there.

Been overdue for an exam and new glasses. From the eye exam to Jaeden's friendly greeting, to even the manager John helping, I highly recommend this location in Coquitlam Centre Mall. 5 stars for this location!

I am very disappointed regarding the service from the staff today. After checking my eye and have my prescription given to Costco for a new pair of glasses( it was about 4:00 pm and Costco closed at 5:00 pm), I was told that the prescription is not for progress lens, I then phoned back and asked why my prescription was not for progressive lens. The staff said that it might be that the prescription was not updated yet, so I requested her to fax the updated one to Costco. However, after waiting for about 10 mins, about 4:18 pm., we did not receive any prescription, so my wife help me to phone again, but the staff, I did not know who she is or she is the one answering me, said she was busy, and can only do it asap. I was frustrated, because it is your fault to give me the prescription and we were waiting to have the glasses ordered before Costco closed up. When we urged her, she asked my wife to write down the prescription and we rejected as Costco requested to have a printed one. Finally she did fax us. But I just wonder how long it takes to fax a prescription and why she let us have a feeling that it was our fault instead and causing her a lot of trouble. I was totally frustrated with the kind of response and service that I granted today

Terrible service, don't waste your time here. Terrible optometrist. Had an eye exam done and he refused to give the PD when you don't buy glasses at their store. A PD takes less than a minute to measure.

Great prices and professional staff.
