Dr. Philips has very poor bedside manners, he is very abrupt and impatient. He gave me a run around with my prescription because I wanted to take it elsewhere. I simply could not afford his prices and particularly didn't like his pushy staff. The prescription was written in a manner that could not be filled at the optical of my choice. The prescription was in a 12th of diaopter form, whereas a quarter of diaopter is standard according to the College of Optometrists. Also, the College of Optometrists said that I am legally allowed to take my prescription elsewhere.

This was the first time I have purchased eyewear from Hakim. I bought my glasses there a couple years ago and recently, being hard on my glasses, I had to get the frame replaced. The manager gave me a great deal on the frames! She and her associate went out of their way to get the glasses back to me pronto. I was so thrilled, it was next day that I had my new frames. So pleased with this service I would highly recommend!

I moved out west and was back in town visiting family, Had an emergency contact lense situation aND went to pearle vision because it was open on a Saturday to see if they could help me out.
