Optometrist

I thought I’d have to drive to Toronto to find a good selection of modern frames. When I checked out Avenue Optical, I found they carried a lot of very cool, modern frames and found the perfect one for my new sunglasses. I got so many compliments on my sunglasses, I ordered a similar frame for my regular glasses. Both pairs look great, are super light and had very thin lens available to work with both pairs. Best glasses I’ve ever had!

I took my 2.5 year old daughter to Dr. Thompson for her first eye exam and one for me as well. Dr. Thompson was super patient, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

As a 74 year old, I have been to many medical offices and clinics over the years and I have never experienced such professionalism and precision as I had recently as a patient of Dr Lane. Very rude receptionist! She was busy on phone with some other employee and took her sweet time before attending me. And after completing the transaction she tossed my card towards me !! This is a very expensive place where the customer service is zero. Btw the receptionist name was Amanda! I wonder if someone doesn’t like customer service job then why do they take such jobs? Your customers are the reason you get a paycheck bud !!! I will be looking for another place next !!

I have never been treated so well in my 50+ years wearing glasses. This is my second purchase of glasses. Hakim replaced and repaired my glasses for no cost. Amazing if not the best warranty of eye glass companies. Service is still the best as mine and my wifes new glasses were inexpensive due to promotions. Great people and awesome atmosphere.

My husband and I had our first appointments today with Dr. Ghor and we were both very satisfied when leaving the office. Dr. Ghor was extremely informative and professional, we both felt very well taken care of in his hands. All of the staff that we encountered at the office were very accommodating and friendly. After having only been to the same eye doctor my whole life, I was a little bit nervous to try out a new doctor, but I am really glad I did. This office provided us with great care and a great experience. :)
