The Doc is the Coolest

My initial review was very negative (1 star). To make a long story short, the lenses that I received were of a much lower quality than I thought I had ordered.. They provided a very narrow band of vision in my progressive glasses. Within 15 minutes of submitting my review I received a phone call from Scott who was the Regional Manager for Hakim. The phone call came at around 9:00 pm while Scott was in the USA on business. He indicated that he personally receives every review and wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. After discussing the situation with Scott he submitted a request with the West Brantford store to replace my lenses free of charge. My first pair were returned to me 1 week later and I'm extremely satisfied. I have absolutely no reservations about returning to Hakim based on the exceptional service we received from Scott and would particularly like to recommend Barb who works at the West Brantford store. She took a personal interest in making sure we were satisfied and was very open and honest when helping us to select the frames.

Had to switch eye doctor's after 30 years due to a move to new area and issues with my husband's eyes. We had several recommendations and so glad we listened. He was very personable and explained in good detail issues he saw and gave his opinions. Felt extremely comfortable and his staff were very friendly and helpful with our optical purchase.

Dr Beal is amazing. She took the time to explain everything that was going on with my daughter’s eyes and clearly outlined what would be happening in the future. Her manner was clear, she was friendly and welcoming as well as educational. Will definitely be returning to this office!!

I've been buying my glasses at Visualeyes since the early 1990's. I love the great styles they carry and the personal attention I've received. I'm really hard on my glasses. I've had to have numerous adjustments and some repairs. The service and support at Visualeyes has always been outstanding!

Awesome care here. I'd been struggling with pain in my left eye for about a year. While I went to another optometrist, they couldn't explain what the issue was. After a year of on and off pain, I went to see Dr. Surdykowski and he knew the problem before he even looked into my eye (and it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem spot when he did). Its clear this man is passionate about his work and his explanation (and applicable metaphors) made this even more clear. Thanks for letting me know I wasn't crazy. :)
