Optometrist

When a optometrist says things like the pressure in your one eye MAY be a little high...is it or isn't it When an optometrist says things like you MIGHT need some correction for distance...might? Told him I wanted a separate prescription for reading...I have need glasses for reading for years and still use 2.50 from the drugstore...my prescription was only for distance...reading was blank... I can see that going there was a mistake. And as I left he said call me in a week...why? And running down other vision centres is just plain tacky. \ I had to tell him I was diabetic...never asked any medical questions...like does Glaucoma run in the family? Are you on any medication? And when I told him I was diabetic and what medication I was on...he looked at me and said I have never heard of that...its only advertised on TV and everywhere else... Now I get to go pay for another eye exam somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could.

The most crappiest service ever by 2 old ladies who didn't offer to make things better they talked down to me they were very rude do not shop here go to Hakim in Winnipeg

I appreciate that they have several people there to help with glasses (picking out, fixing, sizing, etc.). I also appreciate that they have payment machines at each of their desks so there is no wait at the front desk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr.Anderson has one of those calming voices.

What are the opticians hours every time I go there to have my glasses adjusted they are gone or only the sales lady is there and she can't adjust glasses....?

Very modern up to date equipment for eye exams, knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere. Quite a small place, but also a good selection of glasses.

If you are a tourist i dont suggest to come here . cheap food .. But creepy people even the security are creepy . plus all the small business inside are closing

I have been using cristall opticians and the doctors for well over 15 years and they have taken excellent care of my eye needs. This last pair however, not so great. Have to fine toon the prescription but my eyes are getting tricky.
