When I scratched my cornea, I had to make 3 seperate visits for treatment. Each time, I was handled by a different specialist, but they were extremely competent, communicative, and very attentive, making for a seamless transition. They provided comfort, sound advice, and prescription which was more effective than the one provided by the Misercordia.

Nice that the website says they take emergencies but you show up with an object in your eye and they send you away!

I love Costco because everything is in one convenient location. It's really nice to have an eye doctor on site.

We had an awful experience where my wife was offered expensive and, we later learned, unnecessary vision therapy. And in the process of this, she was unable to reach her eye doctor, who would disappear for days and weeks. We understand this trainwreck of a doctor is gone now, but we stopped going to Eye Associates altogether. Obviously. However, that didn't stop Eye Associates from contacting us, reminding us about coming in to use our insurance for eye exams. Asking to be removed from marketing lists resulted in nothing. Texts, emails and calls kept coming in. For a year. So... long story short, expect marginal service, overpriced prescriptions, unnecessary "upsells" and, their real profit, getting you to use your vision plan.

In and out fast with good customer service from everyone working there. Love the staff including the dog .

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent care, and we're always in and out in 20 minutes or less. For busy people, this is the place to go! We've been going there for 7 years and we'll never go anywhere else!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. McAllister for over 10 years. He and his staff are friendly and professional. It’s nice to have someone who remembers your name and is attentive to your needs. The staff always makes sure that we are getting the best value and works with us to ensure we are fully taken care of. We hope to continue at Powers Eye Center for many years to come.

Very thorough eye exam. Everyone is pleasant, respectful, courteous, and professional from security, the staff, and doctors. I highly recommend this place.
