Optometrist

My wife and me went in to see about our current glasses and we waited Patiently and the lady said she would be right with us and when she was done with the customer she was dealing with looked at my wife and me and a man walked in and she went right to her and skipped us all together like we where not even there , I can't stand being ignored so if you want a bad customer experience come hear what a waist of time , they won't be seeing me future Business .

Great location, and friendly staff. Dr. Shelton is the consummate professional providing top notch care in a friendly, and welcoming environment.

Slow at answering emails for appointments

Friendly a knowledgeable staff. Good selection of frames.

i can definitely see why this place is a great place!!! 👀👓

My wife and I have both had great experiences at Oakley. We purchased new glasses - they were very helpful. They had lots of selection and lots of patience as we looked at almost everything in the store. When we had a problem with the lenses they were quickly replaced without any hassle. The staff is really friendly and we love the dog mascot!

Very friendly and accommodating staff.

It was the best thing I ever did to go there

Sage Creek Eye Centre was an amazing experience for me. Dr. Enns is very knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and I left feeling as though all my concerns were heard. I can’t believe someone would give a one star review because they didn’t like the price... I thought my visit was a fair price.

when I have gone to get my eyes checked its been fine, but the last few times I've gone in I have had nothing but rude workers. I go there to buy glasses cases, and parts and accessories for my glasses, sunglasses clips etc, though I don't buy my actual glasses there. I find it too expensive. But the way I see it is that I am still a paying customer, and just because I haven't bought my glasses through you, does not mean you can be snotty and rude to me. I was so disgusted by the customer service. If it wasn't so close to my home, I wouldn't be going again. I left there without buying anything this last time because the lady thereade me feel so small and horrible for purchasing my lenses elsewhere. Like, "we are too good for you here" sort of attitude... Not impressed.

I am strongly recommending Horizon Eye Care for the ffg reasons; . Excellent customer service . Comprehensive eye exam. . Various good quality eyewear for individual needs and budget. Customer satisfaction is their absolute priority. Additional charges as it applies is outlined and well explained to customers.

I have been going to Contact Lens Services for my lens care since 1972. Since she started with the company, Heather has provided excellent service, ensuring that my lenses provide me with the best sight possible. She also took the trouble to find me a good lens care provider when I move out of province. Thank you, Heather!

This place is fantastic and Sandra is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and kind. We went to get glasses for our 3 year old and it was the best experience. Sandra clearly loves what she does and she excels at it. I would recommend Whitworth Opticians to anyone but especially to parents looking for glasses for kids. The selection is wonderful and the service is top notch.

Hakim folks are the best!! In on April 11th/18, helped by Elena and Adam, my new glasses were adjusted and received excellent professional yet personal service. Bought 4 pair glasses and ❤️ them all. Elena knew just what I liked. Can’t say enough good, no wonderful things about the service I received. My glass are like me... full of personality! Love, love and more love. JJ
