Optometrist

Beautiful office, friendly staff and competent optometrists. Doctor found a spot on my retina and sent me off to the ophthalmologist to have it laser treated. I had no idea anything was wrong! Highly recommend them.

My past experience has always been very positive. Over the past week, they failed to meet my order for contacts, leaving me to wait 2 weeks in total from start of conversation. Poor response to returning of phone calls. Reception seems to be lacking skills.

They have no consideration for their patients. I arrived a little late due to toddler tantrums. It was very early in the morning and DEAD. One patient there. They turned me down, told me I would have to set up another appointment. NO THANK YOU I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!! So I walk out and turn around to see the ladies at the front desk gossiping about me! They have no idea that I had a horrible start to my day and seriously wouldn't take my daughter. They allow 15 minutes late. I was 20 is that a big deal? When I go there and am on time... I end up waiting 20 minutes to be seen anyways. I will never set foot in there again.

IF YOUR LIKING FOR AN AN AMAZING OPTOMETRIST THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT. DR.Brisson is the best optometrist I've ever had and the people and the office are very welcoming I suffer from social anxiety and panicked attacks and I have any problem when I walk in sure I start to get anxious before I walk in but once I'm there I'm OK because they are wonderful people SO THANK YOU SO MUCH DR .BRISSON AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE IN COBURG AND PORTHOLE

I drive from Barrie to shop here even though there is a Costco here. I can easily find parking, the store is far less crowded and the lines at the cash are smaller. The whole experience is just more relaxing and pleasant when compared to the Barrie location.

Is a great optometrist, very thorough

We have been going to So.Park Optical 25 plus years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jim is the best ! I would recommend their office to anyone.
