The negative ratings you read here are sadly and scarcely accurate. I will say that Basma has a good heart and her vision for her company came from a good place. As a burn victim survivor I could see where she would want to make sure that other people could live their lives, and have a quality of life regardless of having scars. She has left her compamy and cast them before swines. I know that this may sound harsh, but it is true. I was approved to have my daughter who is under the age of 18 to have a procedure done. I had already got permission from a doctor to have the procedure, the clinic lied and stated that they would take on the case. For months I had to go back and forth with them because they did not want to take on the nature of the case because her age. I was promised that they would do the session by one of the senior management team members. The senior technician when we did the consultation virtually was very unprofessional and has a terrible bedside manner.

Awful service!! I had an issue with my vehicle couldn't make it there. Tried to reschedule and didn't even so much as get a response. Won't communicate with me in regards to the deposit I gave. She may be good at microblading but costumer service needs work . Just a money grab. Would not recommend her to anyone. If I could give 0/5 I would

Tamara is professional and Talented. She spent time with me going back and forth without hesitation to get the right look for my brows. Highly recommend her, I will be a long term client!

Andy is a true artist when it comes to tattooing. Mixing shades so there is no fade i would never go anywhere else

I have been with HDBeauty since they opened. I have done my brows and lips with Irina there and don't have to bother with daily makeup anymore. I also get my lashes done with Anastasia there every 3 weeks, and no one can tell that they are fake because they are simply flawless. Every girl that works there is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Definitely your go to place for any beauty needs!

I see Rachel for waxing. I love coming to see her because she is quick, efficient, and does a good job. I find her friendly and easy to talk to. Some people are complaining that the waxing was painful, but that is the nature of the service, some pain is to be expected. With that being said, she is literally the only person who has done my Brazilian who didn't cause me to get ingrowns, which is a HUGE plus in my books

I had an amazing experience with Victoria. Going into the eye brow microblading, I was a bit nervous, but I knew that I was in good hands because I have seen Victoria's work online before. Omg what a difference she made! My eye brows look super natural and everyone is asking and complimenting me about them! I am really happy with the result!

I did the permanent cosmetics training with Yelena and I can't say enough nice things about her ! She was so encouraging and very patient. I feel like I left the course with all of my questions answered and ready to go. She really is the best at what she does. Her shop is very nice and very clean. I'm so so glad I decided to take training with Yelena !

She and her staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. Not only that they are very friendly and they make me feel very comfortable. After 5 treatments and home care PCA skin products I bought at the clinic, my skin improved a lot. The texture of my skin is soft with a glow and acne went away. I'm very pleased with the result and have introduced my sister in law. I strongly recommended. =)
