What can I say about the very talented Yura @ InkCharm..? She is amazing at what she does! Her studio is always super clean and organized. I first took my mom 12 months ago for her first session with Yura and we were more than thrilled with the outcome. Then we went back for the 4/6 week touch up, which was complimentary to insure how the healing processes was going and to do any corrections if needed! Yura had sent me a very nice reminder that my mom was due for a 1 year touch up (which I thought was super nice, because I hadn’t even thought about her brows since we had first got them done!) So, today was our “touch up” visit. Yura was so welcoming, as she always is and makes you feel right at home! She went over our eyebrow journey and talked to us about new/different techniques that she has learned about through going to different seminars and classes! Which I thought was so cool and made me very excited because I try and follow the new and different make-up trends. So to hear that she offers more services now than when I first met her was awesome!! Yura is always super informative and always makes great suggestions but is also insistent of us giving our feedback to insure that “we” the customer get the look we desire. The first time around my mom kept her eyebrows thin, because that’s how she had worn them for years! But this time around Yura suggested to go a little thicker and give her a little arch! I myself love a thicker brow and always arch my own eyebrows so I was all for the idea!! My mom is more go with the flow and trusted Yura and I to make the best desicion for her. I must say we did!! Yura did her magic and her brows came out great!! Even going a little thicker, they looked so natural and I think fit her face a lot nicer!! She and I were more than happy with the outcome! My mom couldn’t stop looking at herself in the mirror on the drive home! I even caught her snapping a few selfies! Haha! Yura never disappoints! I can’t wait for it to be my turn!! I’ll be making my own appointment very soon!! Thank you Yura!

I love Nail'd It Permanent Make Up, I had mircoblading done and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional. Letica was my brow expert. She worked with me to find the best brow shape for my face and something I would be happy with. It was okay pain wise. Just remember to ask for more anesthetic. Some parts were really tender.(My underbrow was really sensitive.) Letica checked in with me often, to ensure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and I love my eyebrows!

This is the MOST CONVENIENT SALON IN GLENDALE to go to! They have a parking lot directly our front and there is ALWAYS SPACE to park!! I usually hate going anywhere in Glendale or Burbank because of the parking, but Mazi Salon is totally different! I also love the fact that you can book hair cut appointments online!

I had such a wonderful experience with Kimberly. Her work is AMAZING! She did my lash enhancement and it looks so natural. I am so pleased with the results. I have received many compliments from my friends and family on my permanent makeup. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to do permanent makeup. Thank you Kimberly!

I honestly had the worst experience ever. I booked my eyelash extensions appointment on the 3rd of October for the 18th of October. I was sent a message saying that is perfectly okay and I will soon be sent a confirmation. It came to the 17th of October and I still hadn’t received my confirmation so I contacted the owner again. She read my messages but didn’t reply. So I had to call. I was then told that if I wanted my appointment I would have to go to her other salon. (30 minutes away from the salon I booked originally) - or I had the option of going on the 19th (My birthday). She did the nice thing and said ‘I will come in earlier for you if you would like’. I arrived there the next day and sat out the front of the salon for 40 minutes.. I then texted her and she called to say she was caught in traffic. I was sat in the salon while she ran around moving me from seat to seat. I had booked the ‘glamour lash set’ (the most expensive set possible online). I was sat in the most uncomfortable chair ever. At one stage while during the application she got up and said ‘I just need to go to my car just sit here and don’t open your eyes’ - I sat alone in the salon clenching my handbag with my eyes shut. She answered around 5 phones calls and the whole application took just under 3 hours... I can not describe how terrible my lashes look. She just took clumps of lashes off the strip and stuck them on. My fiancé said to me that he has never ever seen lashes look that terrible - quote “(they look like spider legs)”. She also said ‘I would have loved to put more lashes on but you didn’t have any lashes left’. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 6 years now and I have never experienced anything this awful. Also after the procedure I went to go pay and she said ‘oh I gave you the volume set so that will be an extra $20’ but I explained that that’s not what I asked for - I asked for the glamour set which was the most expensive. She just shrugged her shoulders and said mm okay. I am honestly appalled. My lashes have never looked so terrible and the service was shocking!!!!!!

"I am thrilled with my eyeliner! I am an outdoorsy girl and am often not able to wear makeup because of outdoor sports, camping ect. Just having a little eye definition makes me feel prettier without looking madeup. They did exactly what I wanted her to do and it looks great!

I’m so thankful that I found Ruth. I was gradually losing my eyebrows but with Ruth’s expertise I now have eyebrows that are beautiful and look very natural. As a physician myself, I particularly appreciate Ruth’s attention to detail, technical skills and all safety aspects that are in place in her office. In researching Ruth prior to my visit, I was particularly impressed with her breast cancer areola pigmentation procedure and her work alongside surgeons at Cedars Sinai and beyond. Ruth is very experienced (20+ years in the profession) and is a true artists — the results are very beautiful and natural. I love what she has done for me and can highly recommend her.
