Let me just say Janice is awesome ! She is very professional and I was very comfortable and she was also very knowledgeable and easy going . There was no pressure , she took her time and made sure it was what I want . She was very flexible with me and I had a great first experience with doing permanent makeup , all I can say is it's Gals like her that keeps the business going and excellent service and job well done . Thank you Janice loving my eyebrows !

Shannon is the best! I had my eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner done. She is a perfectionist and they look amazing. I get compliments everyday. It’s great to go without makeup!

Look at pictures online! Doesn't honor prices! Way overpriced!!! Go to sacremento!! I made my appointment over a month and a half in advance. When I made the appointment I told them exactly what I wanted because I wanted a price, and to make sure they could do it. They assured me they could even though the pictures on her website do not show anything close to what I want. A week before my appointment i called to verify everything and they told me it would be 200$ more then original quote because I want a thick cat eye modern new age look. They would not honor the original 325$ quote. I have had my eyebrows done elsewhere and know my prices and what is appropriate and what isn't, not to mention the work of her pictures online needs significant improvement if she wants to keep claiming to be "the best in the country." Not sure what country she is from but it's not the best in the USA.

Great job (my lips look great!). Rhonda makes sure she allocates her time to provide her clients with what they need; it's not a cattle call type of mentality like so many other places. She explains the process and discusses realistic expectations. She is sincere and cares about her customers. Also, she has the experience and likes what she is doing which, of course, is very important. Kudos to Exact Enhancements permanent makeup services!

I went in on 7/18/2014 my eyes brows tattoo are scabbing now and healing well .I have one free touch up with her/ Natalia was awesome she was so relaxing made jokes in the process I felt like I was with a family member . She guide me step by step . I never once felt worried or scared she did and awesome job .

Amazing work and eye to detail. So worth the expensive to not have too draw your brows for a time. Bonus the staff is amazing!!!! And uber talented.

This is the best place to come for micro and lashes.... I got my micro done by Nadia and lashes by Iness. The people that have given them bad reviews are lying. Eye Design Studio has the best customer service and if you do email them with a concern they get back to you asap. I have been going to Eye Design before they moved to 5th ave. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my micro or lashes. :)

Tin Oh’s skill is absolutely amazing. I had microblading done before without knowing about the scars that it leaves behind and went to Mrs. Oh upon my research when I looked into “feathering”- less commonly known in the states due to it being more expensive but far superior outcome. Her technique is advanced and more natural looking- My eyebrows look even better and natural looking than microblading. I get tons of compliments on how well shaped and real they look. After my first sesh and touch up, my friends and family went to her and all rave about their perfect brows. I also got the semi-permanent eyeliner done by her and it was equally well done with no bleeding of the eyeliner. Once I got the full confidence of Mrs. Oh’s skills I went ahead and got 5 beauty marks removed without any scarring left behind. I cannot thank Mrs. Oh for lessening my getting ready time in the morning. Special thanks to Mrs. Oh’s assistant Eun-mi who is super sweet and held my hand through the process. Highly recommend this office. Clean, courteous, and highly skilled!!!!

pictures hadn't tweezed my eyebrows in 20 years. Over the years they never really grew and became lighter and lighter. Mr Kim did my eye brows and the difference is amazing! He is so precise and meticulous. I also had both my top and bottom eyeliner and lips done. He work is so natural. It wasn't painful and looks so naturally. LOVE the talented Mr Kim. I wish I could post before and after pictures.
