Pest Control

Wonderful service: timing - on time, helpful - from - first minute, sensible - realistic assessment, advice: perfect for our situation, discovery - did an excellent job. Strongly recommended

I was stung pretty badly late evening on the 16th August by a couple of wasps that had built nests under my shed. Both my husband and I had been stung a week or so before by the same wasps so something had to be done. I contacted Orkin the following morning as they had dealt with a wasp problem we had in 2012. Fred Gordon arrived at 10:15 the same day. He watched the wasp's behaviour, came up with a plan, explained exactly what the plan was, what chemicals he would be using, how they worked and how long I would need to keep my cat inside. He then put on his safety gear and got on with the job. He asked me to keep checking to see if any wasps returned to the area and promised to return the following day to retreat the area if any did. I only saw one that evening and it flew under the shed and didn't come out again. That was nearly three weeks ago and any wasps flying by give that area a wide berth. Thanks Fred. I was so impressed. You did a fantastic job. I can now go in and out of my shed without worrying about getting stung by angry wasps.

Friendly staff, reliable service.

Highly recommended. Contacted Ryan to take care of a silverfish problem in my townhouse. He responded in a reasonable time to my email inquiry and phone calls which was greatly appreciated. Very professional when he came to my home. Even took the time to point out some simple maintenance issues that would help prevent future problems like trimming a tree back that squirrels could use to access my roof and a small gap in my garage door seal that mice could use to access my garage. You can tell he is truly invested in his profession and not just making a sale. Great local owner run business.

Great job! About 2 months ago, I had Kyle come over to get rid of my fence eating pests. Kyle had me describe what I was seeing and text some photos to him. He narrowed down the problem really quickly and replied with an estimate. He came over, visually verified the pest problem and proceeded as he said he would. Immediate. Fast. Efficient. Bonus: Great price!

My experience with Canforce Pest Control was excellent. I was able to reach them on the first call, and they dealt with my tenants directly giving them instructions and coordinating the steps that needed to occur. I was treated in a professional manner and they were diligent with solving the problem. Very highly recommend

These guys are awesome. We had a bedbug problem and the day we called them, they were there, and we haven't seen a single one since. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

We find that the product and services we receive from Orkin Canada - Burnaby to be very effective at our facility with the problems we have. We enjoy the responsiveness when we have e-mail inquires. We also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness we receive from the technician that visits the facility.

I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. Basically the same scenario as Neo Granzon. The tech just comes in, replaces the poison, and tells us to wait for a few more weeks. Not only it did not rectify the mice issue but there's more now. Getting ahold of them is impossible. I had to use another phone to call in order for someone to pick up. That explains what kind of company this is. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In Vancouver and he drove all the way out from Surrey! Very helpful and informative :)

I just wanted to give a review for this business as they could’ve sold me their services yet stated to me that their process for fumigation wouldn’t have helped. They offered me a piece of advice for free and this tells me that this business is trustworthy and I would use them for any other problems that come up from here forward

The service was quick and effient. The representative was very professional, quick in identifying the problem and applying the treatment.

Excellent service! Lauren was a pleasure and a great worker. Highly recommend!

Honest and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Best in the business

Josh had to work on my apartment twice since I moved into the building this summer. What I really appreciate is his replying to my notes of frustration that I left. I honestly didn't expect a reply, I was just venting. His words were reassuring and it was very nice of him to take the time to write them. Thank you Josh! Michele at Guildford Gardens
