Pest Control

My rating is not for the pest control service as I did not use them, but for the great customer service that Shannon had provided through email. She was patient and responded to my emails in a very timely manner.

Aiden was very professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do and then confirmed what was done when he had me sign the service receipt.

I had a small carpenter bee problem and they came over right away and took care of it. He was very friendly & professional and even though it was just a little job he came back to check on it a few weeks later and plugged the holes. I was very impressed by the level of customer service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!

Cody and Nick were here at my home-midtown Toronto ,this week December-2018. Sammy is my nickname (Janice). On time and very hardworking guys. Worked steadily from 8am-5pm. Seemed very conscientious and knowledgeable. Helped with all my queries and went above and beyond to help me with other small concern I had in kitchen. It was appreciated. I loved these guys! Hire them for your wildlife problems.

We brought bedbugs from somewhere .we called pestend.They send Mansoor for treatment .He finished all bedbugs at his first visit.he came back for 2nd visit and did thoroughly treatment again. The best company ever I found .

I have had numerous issues with raccoons over the last few years. Seems the young ones love to sleep on my garage roof, under an overhang from the building attached to the back of the garage. There has been so much poo left on the roof that I became concerned for my dog (and now dogs). Have had to deal with opossum too, and now two rabbits who'd love to take up residence in my fenced in backyard. Stephen Paris has taken such loving care of these pesky little critters which assures me that I have made the RIGHT choice in calling Back to the Wild, to relocate these wild critters.

I had called Mike for the roaches problem we had at our home. These guys are very professional and took care of my problem as their own. Truly amazing guys and honest people. Mike promised me a free service in case if we see the roaches again after the pest control. I had called them when I saw one or two roaches later. They did the pest services again as they promised. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for pest control services.

Very pleased with the quick and prompt service and expertise. I have used several other businesses for spider control in the spring. The service and pricing was by far the best I have come across, would recommend them and will use them for future spider issues

This was beyond a stressful time for myself and my family, we tried getting rid of these things ourselves, but after 1 month realized we needed professional help. We called Mike at allphase, and he was super knowlegeable and really took the time to talk to me and explain all the steps. He came in, blasted the house with heat, and I have not yet seen one since. It has been almost 1 month, I'm still super paranoid, but I'm hoping they're gone for good...
