Our cat stayed for two weeks with Toronto Paws. This is the second time we are using their services. I am extremely grateful we found this place for our cat when we are away. I love it that we get to see our cat on Instagram and always notified about his well being. Thanks again for your amazing service and immense love for animals.

I absolutely trust the staff here with my dog. I have a teacup poodle that have soft puppy hair. She can become hypoglycemic if stressed. They finished the job fast and my dog walked out pretty and happy. Their lovely staff even added a cute little scarf to complete the look, I love it! They charged me at a very reasonable price as my dog is well trained for grooming, besides, I comb her everyday to make sure her hair is not tangled. If you are considerate to others, they will treat you the same way.

They do a great job of staying in touch while you're away so you know your pets are in good hands.

Nice staff, bigger selection than you’d expect. They also usually have a Toronto Cat Rescue cat for adoption in the store which I like.

When ever I go away I use Crown Pet Services to take care of my furry friend. I know he's in good hands with Katie and her crew. It's nice to have peace of mind that he's taken care of and getting updates is great too!Highly recommend

We've been sending our 9 month old lab here since she was 3 months, and we've started going full time. They're always updating us with how she did during the day and she comes home happy and tired. Very helpful in the shop and they've got multiple areas depending on your dog's level of activity. Really love it here, and the options for pick up and drop off are especially appreciated!

Very friendly staff, good rewards program for repeat visits and discounts.

I know when my girl goes for the day she is safe and having fun. The employees know her by name and greet her as soon as she barrels through the door. I am able to get through my day knowing she will be looked after and exhausted from the fun when I pick her up.

Been going since I was tiny. Small local shop with a great variety of lizards and fish. Great service. Very helpful and educated. They will not sell fish to you if you do not have the appropriate set up. They care about their animals.

Fetching Fotos really captured my love for my dogs in a picture. I enjoyed the photographer Lisa and it was an all round wonderful experience from start to finish. I would hire them again and plan to make it an annual photoshoot for me and my 4 legged family. 😊🐶🐶

Finding this store was such a pleasant surprise for me as it is full of top notch brands! Best local pet store around, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my dogs and cats. I am so lucky to live nearby, but it’s very worth the drive even if you don’t. This place is a hidden gem.

WOW! I could not ask for more when it comes to someone loving and taking care of my Bentley like Maria! She has not only helped me puppy train when Bentley was a pup but also gave me tons of advice and tips on how to be a loving and happy dog owner. She is a dog whisperer in her own right! This is an update to my original review. Hannah in the doggy daycare team has gone above and beyond to repair the relationship with me as a customer and instil confidence in the care that my pet receives. The rest of the team is friendly. The merchandising team is also friendly and knowledgeable. I can't speak to any changes to the onboarding/intake process, where, what I believe is an overly strict policy, caused complications. As for the grooming team, my last experience was being told I could get him in for a same-day appointment and when I picked him up, he was still shaggy. I asked what happened, and was told that they were busy after all. Since we had guests that weekend, I would've tried to rebook him somewhere else if I knew it wasn't going to be possible - a phone call would've been nice. ----- This is my former review, which, to their credit, the team has been working very hard to address: Zero stars. Horribly managed, complete disarray between the daycare and the grooming service, unreasonable policies. Completely left me stranded when I needed them. This is the fist time I have written a negative review; I hate doing this, but this company left me in a complete lurch and handled it horribly.

I go here for everything for my cat. They carry a lot of variety and good quality stuff. And the staff are knowledgable and friendly (but also let you do your thing if you know what you want).

I purchased a carrier for my little dog, I have purchased many different kinds but none were as good as the one I bought at Neo-Paws.
