I HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff are super caring and knowledgeable. They are patient with my dog who is a nightmare when we gets groomed. Annie really takes the time to ensure he feels comfortable during the whole process. Plus, he always looks super cute when she’s done with him.

I can only speak to my experience in trying to fly my dog with them. I have not boarded or used their daycare services.
My corrospondance was through email due to work schedules. The first email I send garnered no response for 5 days. So I forwarded them the same email and got a response. The next time I waited 2 more days, then had my girlfriend call to get a response that time. So communication was spotty at best.
As far as the dog goes, he is a Doberman, and considered XL. Be aware that if you have an XL or giant breed dog, they will tell you to go have a custom crate made, contrary to what the website saying that they will help you pick the right crate for ANY animal.
By this point I was done. I hadn't even gotten an estimate. I spent from August 3rd to August 20th, waiting for responses and measuring my dog multiple times. I had already traveled and had him boarded elsewhere by the time I got an estimate just for a flight, with no crate.
Maybe you'll have better luck with a Chihuahua, but make sure you pay for an expensive custom crate for a bigger dog before you bother. What a pain.
