I thought this would be an expensive store, but it's really well priced, this is my regular place now

Excellent customer service, always a friendly greeting by Tom and Rocco 😊 I would highly recommend this store to anyone

I lost my little girl in Saskatoon while undergoing radiation treatment. None of the local places would help being a Friday afternoon or else it would take a week. I even called a place back home and they refused because it was a long weekend. Being from Vancouver and considering the situation I just wanted to get away from this place. I called Pet Cremation Care and he said he could meet me there anytime. I drove the 6 hours to Calgary and he was waiting for me when I arrived at 7pm. The older gentleman, I'm sorry I dont recall your name, I dont even remember how I got home, was very caring and compasionate. He even helped make a mold of her paw prints. I will be forever grateful for your help and cant recommend your services highly enough. Thank so much.

Awesome place ti work. Safety is number-1

Can not saw enough great things about Jessica and Steele Arrow Canine Services. We have been very happy every time we have used them. The dogs love her and we do as well!

Good prices, they genuinely seem to care about your pets. My dog is always thrilled to go and spend some time visiting and playing

The staff love my dog and go out of their way to stop by and pet and say hi.

Best pet store in Calgary. Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of healthy and affordable things for my dog. LOVE THIS STORE!!

There's a very charming dog there. Also, the people there were polite and very helpful under abnormal circumstances. Thanks!

The loss of my dog Baby was something that I've been dreading for the past 20 years that Baby was with me. The feeling of losing a loved one never goes away but the compassion that was shown by Justin before, during and even after the cremation process was nothing short of amazing. He was gentle and treated her little body with dignity and respect throughout the whole process and even kept her wrapped up in her blanket as I had requested after she passed at home. He went above and beyond and even combed out her fur and made sure that the final memory we have of our sweet Baby looked as though she was peacefully asleep. He allowed our family to spend as much time with her in the viewing room until we let him know that we were ready to say our final goodbyes. I couldn't get myself to be there for the cremation but had my sisters attend instead on my behalf and Justin was absolutely transparent and showed them and me (over Facetime) the entire process so that we knew that we were indeed getting our Baby back when we received her urn. Justin, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this process as easily as emotionally possible on us. You are absolutely amazing at what you do and are truly a blessing to all pet owners.

Lindsay did a great groom on my dog Jersey. Great prices, great attitude. Very positive experience. Will be back.

Great staff, unusual location, used to go here for all my amphibian/reptile pet food and accessory needs until mine passed away. They're quite passionate about reptile handling/breeding.

Great service and we are very pleased. Our dogs love the place. Happy pooches🐕🐕🐕

Great little pet store with awesome staff. Love the location too, pick up some food for the entire family in one trip!

If you are looking for a peace of mind kennel that will take amazing care of your furry family members I highly recommend Stonehaven!! The staff are knowledgeable and caring. My dog has lots of fun when she stays!!!

Great sélection for your best friend

Tanya showed fantastic knowledge of pet care while caring for our pets!

I have taken my dog Odin to this kennel for years and He always comes home well kept . Staff is very good .

Occasionally, there is very little soap in the tri-color foam brush, or the bug-spray is so watered-down, it does absolutely nothing for the bugs on my truck. I appreciate the opening hours here, and good staff service, but I need a clean car when I leave.
