Wonderful service. Helpful advice and Jack was well taken care of

Friendly staff

Love this place! Competitive prices on Acana food I buy, they have awesome joint remedies for my old girl. Owner is great and very helpful! Thanks!

I just picked up my dog from the Acadia location, and I am absolutely impressed. Jackie listened to all my concerns and when I went to pick up my boy I couldn't believe it. I've spent countless hours and dollars on trying to find a good dog groomer, and now that I've been here I won't be going anywhere else !!! Thank you so much Jackie !!!

This spa is pretty darn great. They are very gentle and they listen. My old furry man will be coming back, we have found our place.

Has all the premium brands

Great staff. We have bought many pets from this location (rabbit, fish) and they have all been healthy and happy. Shop here for food and accessories. Kids like to go there just to see the animals sometimes. Great fish selection.

Friendly staff, with a good selection of products, and they're open nice and late!

I go there frequently and the boys don't even make moves on me. Edit: they had a cute dog for a week and even made me chili and nachos.

Shampooch to the rescue! I am forever grateful to the staff at Shampooch for taking in my two cats on an "emergency" call. They got sprayed by a skunk and desperately needed to be shaved down. Despite a solidly booked day, and despite the horrible skunk smell, Shampooch took my cats in and did a great job. I can't thank them enough.

THE place for reptiles and supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with prices that can t be beat.

Staff are awesome with my dogs and always take time to help me find exactly what I want.

Good prices for pet food on a healthy side. For cats I'd get the b.f.f. brand of wet cat food. Very cheap and very healthy for your pet :)

Always friendly...12th bag free

Nice store. Good selection & knowledgeable staff. Very friendly.

Love this store and the staff!!!! Excellent customer service
